It's a good comedy/drama of a young girl trying to survive.moreless
That wasn't that funny, and it seems to me that artist couldn't hold back their extreme jealousy over the success of Family Guy. Man I wish south park would get back to its roots of coming up with original funny content than playing politics every show.moreless

I mean so what if family guy rips people off, shit everyone rips someone off, somewhere along the line, south park even admitted this in one of my favorite episodeS. moreless

I highly recommend it. The whole TV series is 115 episodes long. It is a story about a little orphan girl who grew up facing numerous challenges/problems in life but still manage to keep her spirits high. She was hated and loved by many people. She is very lucky in that she has a beautiful face and personality which virtually every guys who meets her cares very much for her. She is sweet and courageous. Sometimes she is a bit too naive and forgets who really can harm her too easily. Overall I would highly recommend everyone to watch it. Be sure to keep your tissues nearby for a few tears. :) You can check out some of her illustrations here > http://candycandyfans.ning.com/moreless
I saw Candy Candy in my childhood and beacuse of it I undestrood the meaning of "Drama"...
Imagine a little orphan girl whom falls in love at first sight with her "prince" and she never see him again, later she met a boy who seems exactly like her prince and she discover a sweet and inocent love, they were happy untiil he dies in a horse accident. Then, the family who adopted her sent her to London to study and to help her move on.... There she finds her true love, a guy who is a "bad boy" but in the bottom he's a tender and sweet guy and both falls in love but a mean girl set them a trap and they got separated, he flees to New York because in that way he couldnt hurt her anymore and he could become an actor too like his mother. She rather to follow him insted to stay in London, so she quit of her fortune and becomes into a nurse... Finally she coulnt stay with him because he has to get married with a girl who saved his life and got quadriplegic... At the end she has to return to the house where she grew up to take care of children like her. Now I know why I'm so dramatic!!! jajaja anyway believe it or not Candy Candy had also moments of happyness and laughter, I recomend it to you!!!moreless
I was 6-7 or at most 8 when I wathed this. If you were in my age you would be affected. With a big chance it affected the way I look at romance. Probably she is the reason why I love romance this much. Candy was a candy girl with her teenage problems. I don't remember a lot about this but her first boyfriend was dead by falling down from a horse. Then Candy was very very sad. Her problems were like normal teenage girls. There was a girl hated her so much 'cause of a boy loves Candy. It wasn't comedy exactly but certainly dramatic.moreless
