I said it before and I'll say it again. Cane was able! This was a great show and I damn sure wanted to see how this all played out, but in the end I am going to assume that it was just too ethnic for America.
J Smitts is s true talent and I hope to see him in another commanding role soon.

Can you provide a link I haven't checked in a while but nobody had a definitive answer as to if the show was done or not.

I am very dissappointed that an excellent show like this was cancelled while other lesser and dumber shows (IMHO) get renewed.
I guess the best way to look at this is they didn't keep it going and put bad writters on it and totally ruin a good show.
It's been great discussing the show with yall.

I was saddened to hear of CANE's cancellation. I'll never know how everything turned out. I loved the show and the cast. I also believe that we'll see more of Jimmy Smits. Hopefully, very soon. That d**m strike! I taped the episodes. At least I have that.

I really liked Cane. I am really upset that CBS let yet another great show go. I have never posted on this page before, but I do have a question, does anyone know if they plan to put Cane on DVD, I would by it, if they did.

Ya it was a good show but if it wasn't cancelled than nestor carbonelle might not have gone bak to lost and that would be a true tragedy. Hopefully he becomes a main character on lost this season.

i had Cane saved up and just started watching it. Only seen 6 epis so far but it really was an awesome series so far. Im seriously starting to doubt the accuracy of those Nielsen boxes or a big part of the american people has really strange taste when it comes to choosing what to watch. No offense but far too many quality series has been cancelled this year. Im pretty sure this series would had great share ratio in Europe. Shame on you CBS!
