There is no news at all about Cane, as if it's forgotten. Perhaps it is....who knows, but a second season looks less likeable every week.

There are no rumors of it being cancelled. It hasn't been talked about at all, which I haven't quite figured out if that's bad or not so bad. I love Cane, and wish that it would return. There are so many directions that this series can go. I mean there is still so much tension between the family, and I still don't trust Frank!
Anywho ... just doing my periodical check to see if there's any new news on the fate of the series!

They need to bring this show back in the 8pm slot. Since Ellis was not shown in the final episode, their is so much more action that can unfold. They would also need to bring in a new boyfriend for Ellis to creat a bitter rivalry between her current boyfriend and a new boyfriend. If the action is fast and furious in the first 2 episodes, it could bring new fans into the forefront. We also need to see the reaction of Ellis, when she faces Jimmy Smit's for the ist time after the shooting death of her father. This would be a great opening scene for the 2008 season. It's a great show that needs more publicity.

Why haven't they brought Cane back ?
one of the Best shows on TV , great characters endless story lines and good actors !!!
and they put ALL this other NONSENSE ON !!!!
guess it doesnt take much to be a programmer

Best show I had seen in a long time... along with Jericho.
What is it with the best shows getting cancelled? They need to bring back some people with taste in their industry! Stop hiring people whose intelligence level don't surpass the reality TV mind set!
