  • Know Thy Enemy

Know Thy Enemy was a perfect and thrilling episode of Caprica and I really enjoyed watching this episode because it was full of character and plot development as the story lines thicken and really start interweaving each other. It was great to see Sister Clarice do anything to get into the Graystone house, and she gets closer to finding what she seeks. Daniel Graystone has to deal with his rival Vergis who has his own agenda and plans. Zoe is starting to really manipulate her fathers lab assistant. I look forward to watching the next episode!!!!!!!!!moreless
  • After last week's episode I thought that, finally, this show would rocket to the skies. But alas...The writers found it necessary to start yet some other storylines. And new storylines is not what the show needs. It needs to play out the existing ones.moreless

    7.5
Could somebody please kill off this Sarno character? I am thouroughly starting to hate that guy and his stupid, boring talkshow. If I want to watch a boring talkshow I will tune in to one. This is a Scifi show for heaven's sake! And why does Vergis have to be introduced? Graystone was in enough trouble with Adama already. Why not just let them fight their battle?

Oh, and there is a lovestory developing...Who cares? There is no need for that. I am very sorry to say.

Off course I am aware of the fact that the show has already been filmed and that a plea for some speed and action probably has no effect whatsoever. But I still feel I have to try. My only hope for this series is that the last ten episodes or so are going to be amazingly exciting. I know it could be. The potential is there. Please live up to it soon! I am about to give up on this show.moreless
  • Getting somewhere but..

    7.5
It feels like the story is more and more getting somewhere but comparing with last weeks' episode, it was step back.

There was not so big and distinct storyline what really stand out. I loved that Adama continued to chase that man who knocked on his door with message from Tamara. And the whole thing with him trying the holoband.. that tutorial.. it was funny.

Greystone storyline with the rival was not bad either. but.. It did not had the spark or.. but it was quite good to figure out what he is up to. So.. some more rivalry for Greystone. That cannot be bad but the storyline should have some sense.moreless
  • Definitely not as good as last week's "There is Another Sky"

    6.0
The weak elements of the show are still continue to be weak :

    - Sister Clarice is a confusing character : what does she want? Either she's talking about immortal life, God, etc. or she's buzzed.

    - Lacy's storyline is going nowhere : she was told to find some guy, who then (two episodes later) took her to find some other guy, who ended up saying no. Guess we're going to Gemenon anytime soon...

    - Amanda is so weepy and predictable. I dread her scenes the most. She has virtually no impact on the story. And why would she get drunk with her deceased daughter's principle in the middle of the afternoon?

The only thing that saved the show this week was the Tomas Vergis character. Those scenes between him and Daniel were very good and full of suspense - he knows that Daniel stole his property and he's going to get even. Also good was Joseph getting closer to seeing Tamara again in the V-World.moreless
  • Although slower paced than the last episode there is Some good story developments and an introduction to 2 new characters.

    8.0
I think people are being alittle too harsh on this episode, i know this was a slow episode but i found it quite engaging.

I always thought stealing that CPU from Tomas Vergis was going to have consiquences and the conversation he had with Daniel Graystone at the end was chilling. Good performances!

Also we had the introduction to the STO Leader Barnabas (James Marsters) who im glad to say did very well, the barbed wire around his arm.. this is going to be good :)

But someone PLEASE!!! SHOOT!! KEON!!! He is the worst actor i have ever seen. Everytime he talks it feels like hes not in the room, he has no gravitas, nothing.

Overall i think this was an episode setting some more foundations for the future. Have patience, i think we're in for a treat soon.moreless
