I would have to go for Super Koopa, it was the first time Bowser was a major threat. It also had the best action in my opinion.

The name of the thread is What is your favorite episode?, tubelubber, and Super Koopa is his favorite episode.

My favorite episode is 7 continents for 7 koopalings. I like it because of its good plot and I always wanted the koopalings to rule!

This is kind of off the subject, but in the episode toddler terrors of time travel, I don't think anyone mentioned the year that the Mario Bros. first arrived to the mushroom kingdom. At least, I don't think the year was mentioned. Just wandering if the year was mentioned.

Super Koopa. Why doesn't Bowser try something like that in the games? Makes an interesting storyline.

7 C's for 7 K's, Never Koop a Koopa, and Reptiles in the Rose Garden are one of my faves as well.

So far, here are my favorite SMB3 episodes:

Sneaky Lying Cheating Giant Ninja Koopas

Bowser makes Roy "Bully", Ludwig "Kooky" Von, Larry "Cheatsy" and Morton "Big Mouth" Koopas into giants to capture Prince Hugo and destroy Giant Land. Not only does this spoof the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, but it also spoofs some quotes. (Ex. Morton "Big Mouth": "I Love Being A Koopa!")

Toddler Terrors of Time Travel

Bowser and Ludwig "Kooky" Von Koopa travel back in time to prevent Mario and Luigi from becoming heroes. Mario, Luigi, and Toad stow away, and Mario, Luigi, Toad, Bowser and Ludwig "Kooky" all become babies. This episode actually predates Yoshi's Island by 5 years, so this can be considered the actual first appearance of Baby Mario and Baby Luigi. In the episode, their baby selves are similar to the Yoshi's Island style babies, but with moustaches (What The Fetacheese?) and red and green bonnets instead of the red and green "M" and "L" hats.

I'm thinking about getting the SMB3 DVD, just so I can watch these episodes.

7 Continents for 7 Koopas, Sneaky Lying Cheating Giant Ninja Koopas, and Super Koopa would be my top favorites. What can I say? Pretty much any episode focusing on the Koopalings is awesome, even if Super Koopa didn't very much. Bowser rocks, too, as we all know.
Toddler Terrors of Time Travel was pretty good, as well. I dunno why it's rated so low. o_O
Oh, and I also liked "Oh, Brother". The fighting between Mario and Luigi was hilarious, particularly the way Luigi pulled down Mario's hat, snapped his overalls, and messed up his mustache. Of course, I liked it for more than just that, but that was definitely a highlight of the episode. XD.
But what can I say? All the episodes are good. But that's what you get when you create a cartoon based off of an awesome game.

I only saw the Ninja Koopa , Oh Brother , Dadzilla , Toadstool for President , the one with Kooty Pie taking over USA , and that`s it .

My all-time favorite episode would be 7 Continents for 7 Koopas, mainly because of the "I'm a Hurricane" song. I also like Dadzilla, Crimes R Us, Do the Koopa, A Toadally Magical Adventure, Oh Brother!, Misadventures of Mighty Plumber, Tag Team Trouble, Do the Koopa, The Ugly Mermaid and Reclyed Koopa. Wow, I sure put up a lot of episodes here.
