Blight was annoying.  I didn't care for her laugh.  Plunder's facial expressions, laugh, and [corny] puns were funny.  Hoggish Greedly's eating habits along with Rigger's clumsiness killed me.

Doctor Blight was intelligent and freaky - those scars on her face were eugh!

Zarm as well - he was more than a match for Gia.

I never cared for Duke Nukem, but Captain Pollution and Looten Plunder made me laugh a few times.

I always liked Dr. Blight and Duke Nukem the best as they both posed the biggest the threat to Captain Planet and got some great stories.

Really I liked them all for different reasons- except Sly Sludge. Lamest. most unthreatening villain ever.

Hoggish Greedly was my favorite villian by far. He put comedy into Captain Planet. Doctor Blight also put comedy into Captain Planet.

    Here are my favorites:

3rd place: Hoggish Greedly - Brilliantly voiced by Edward Asner (he even got nominated for an Emmy for this role!) and perfectly representing the dangers of capitalism.

2nd place: Dr. Blight - move over Two-Face, she is more cunning and diabolically smart enough to spread scientific disasters.

1st place: Duke Nukem - The big bad boy of pollution, the most dangerous eco-villain of all. Dean Stockwell sure made him quite threatening.

Honorable mention: Looten Plunder - ultimate definition of ruthless business-man
