It is unclear how baby Hoggish's last name is Greedly when his grandfather's is Porkaloin. It is never explained. The most likely explanation is that Porkaloin is Hoggish's maternal grandfather.

Linka: You mean that Don Porkaloin guy is... Gaia: Yes, Hoggish Greedly's grandfather.

This is the first of Don Porkaloin's appearances. In Season 5, he appears in Episode 90 The Ghost of Porkaloin Past.
