Hoggish Greedly gets his son a smog hog for his birthday. The locals see it, and decide they want one of their own, and Greedly suddenly sees dollar signs. He hijacks a factory, run by Dr. Goodair, the creator of a fuel-efficient automobile, so he can assemble more smog hogs to be sold.
