As key World leaders come together under one roof to discuss how to best prevent the growing spread of pollution and o-zone damage worldwide, Zarm returns to earth with a plot to snuff out the Planeteers. But, in one scene after Zarm steals Ma-Ti's ring; though she is not fully shown, Dr. Blight is seen standing beside Greedly in her normal state, and in another scene when Zarm prepares to head back to the Assembly Hall, Dr. Blight is in her transformed state as the vice president.

      • This is the one "true" episode where ALL of the eco-villains come together and unite.

      • In joke: The delegate that Plunder replaces bares a striking resemblance to Ted Turner, who coincidently is one of the creators of Captain Planet.

      • Captain Planet's entrance when summoned: Appearing from multi-colored light effects

      • After Captain Planet rescues the Planeteers, they are later seen on Hope Island wearing medallions in one shot. Later, when Greedly and Nukem fight inside Zarm's ship, a nuclear beam ricochets off Linka's medallion. After this, the medallions are never worn by the Planeteers again.

      • Planeteer Alert For This Episode: Show your support for the (then) upcoming Earth Summit (1992).

      • In syndication, this was the 21st episode of the 2nd season following Fare Thee Whale .

      • This Two-part Special features all of the planeteers main foes coming together; this is actually the second time this has occurred in the series.
