    Trivia, Notes, Quotes and Allusions

    • TRIVIA (3)

      • Nitpick: The computer gives a countdown of thirty seconds before the Icarus Platform is supposed to be launched, and is stopped by Scout with one second left. In real time, however, thirty-five seconds elapses before Scout hits the button.

      • Nitpick
Captain Power's Team seems to take Icarus Control completely by surprise, in spite of the fact that they fought two major battles in and outside of the complex to reach the Control Center!

      • Check out the data-thief Locke's gun. Unlike everyone else on this series, he has a slug thrower handgun, not a laser.

    • QUOTES (6)

      • Lord Dread: The New Order begins, Laccki, and nothing will prevent it.
Laccki: Then your Warlord's failure to stop the data thief from contacting the Organic Power does not... concern you?
Lord Dread: You overestimate the good Captain, Laccki. He is, after all, only human.
Laccki: Of course, Lord Dread, though he did manage to interfere with the first phases of your plan.
Lord Dread: Well, he will not interfere with the final two, and should he dare, my victory will be all the sweeter for his destruction!

      • Soaron: (to Power and Scout while buying info on New Order from a data thief) Stay where you are! Offer no resistance!
Captain Power: The heck with that... Power on!

      • Hawk: (referring to Dread's Prometheus Program) My God, he'll burn everything.
Captain Power: New Order, Dread's perfect world rising from the ruins of the old.

      • Captain Power: (referring to the test runs on Icarus Base) How'd you do in your simulations?
Pilot: (after surviving 10 seconds in the last try) Yeah, it's a piece of cake.

      • Captain Power: (kissing Pilot on the cheek) It's for luck. (seeing Tank and Scout grinning) What are you two waiting for? Get to the skybikes! (back to Pilot) I'll see you soon.

      • Scout: Troopers ahead, Captain, loads of them just waiting for us.
Captain Power: Good. We're headed in the right direction. Tank, why don't you announce us!

    • NOTES (1)

      • On the Captain Power video game there is a map which shows the location of Volcania. It was built over the former Motor City, Detroit.
