    Trivia, Notes, Quotes and Allusions

    FILTER BY TYPE

    • TRIVIA (1)

      • On the way to catch up with Air Force One, Scarlet and Blue pass a sign that reads "Andrews Airforce Base", but 'Airforce' should be two words, like it is with "Air Force One".

    • QUOTES (1)

      • Captain Scarlet: "Whatever happened to me on Mars, I kept telling myself I was still human. After what I saw today, I know that was a lie."

    • NOTES (3)

      • In the briefing on Skybase, two officers present can be seen to possess the colour codenames Brown and Indigo. In the original Captain Scarlet series, both Captain Brown and Captain Indigo were killed and reconstructed by the Mysterons in the episodes "The Mysterons" and "Spectrum Strikes Back" respectively.

      • For the first time, Spectrum officers witness what happens to a Mysteron agent after they have fulfilled their task. In the original Captain Scarlet series this was not shown, leaving the possibility that at least three Mysterons agents, including Captain Black, were still at large on Earth.

      • Captain Blue mentions that the Mysterons could have stolen the bacteria from the lab and thrown it into water supply. This is exactly what the Mysteron agent Judith Chapman attempted to do in the original Captain Scarlet series episode "Place of the Angels" using a K-14 virus stolen from the lab where she worked and taking it to a resevoir.
