Captain Scarlet and the Mysterons

While this episode has some great vehicle scenes, the transporter going out of control, the SPV/transporter drive through London and, of course, the explosion at the end, it always confused me as a child when they were taking about Big ben striking thirteen. It's only recently having watched the episode again to write the recap of it for this site that I've come to fully understand how the radio and Big Ben combined give 13 chimes. It's quite a complicated plot point for a childrens show, but not an unwelcome one.



This episode isn't as action packed as other episodes despite the numerous vehicle scenes, but it's still a very good installment. Of course, Scarlet getting blown up is always a plus.
