The Score: Dr. Conrad survives. Spectrum: 18 Mysterons: 4.
Mysteron Reconstructions: None.
Spectrum Losses: Scarlet is killed but recovers.
Collateral Damage: 1 passenger jet, 1 building hit by passenger jet.
As Angel One is launched, it makes the usual sound of it leaving the runway, but it doesn't move until the scene cuts to it flying away.
In their hotel room, Captain Blue has his regular Spectrum hand gun, but when he shoots the lock on the cabin door he uses a non-descript black gun.
Immediately after hitting the building on it's crash landing, the plane could be seen to only have a small portion of it's nose in the hole it made, but after a shot of Captain Scarlet in the cockpit, the plane has suddenly moved forward so that the whole front cockpit section is in the wall.
Captain Blue says that he must have hit the landing gear control when he shot through the door. However, when he shot the door, he was pointing gun upwards; there was no way he could have hit the controls from that angle. If anything, he should have shot a hole in the windows and decompressed the cabin.
Strangely, Dr. Conrad sleeps fully dressed in his suit and tie.
At one point Destiny who, being French, usually speaks with a French accent and who had been up until now, suddenly starts talking with the English accent usually used by Rhapsody.
No runway would have a building, especially one made out of common house bricks, at the end of it.
Apparently Mysterons can't be photographed, instead showing up as a siloette, but the security cameras at the Culver Atomic Center in "Manhunt" had no problems filming Captain Black and the cameras in the Maximum Security Building in "The Mysterons" also filmed Captain Brown without any trouble.
Mysterons: This is the voice of the Mysterons. We know that you can hear us Earthmen. That conference at Lake Toma will be sabotaged. We know what you are trying to do but you will not succeed.
The footage of the ambulance and fire engine crash tenders is reused from the Thunderbirds episode "Trapped In The Sky".
The cockpit controls of the plane seen here previously appeared as part of the MEV in "The Mysterons".
