Captain Scarlet and the Mysterons

Mysteron Reconstructions: Gabrielle (monorail crash/in Spectrum custody) Helga (monorail crash/still at large).

Collateral Damage: 1 civilian car, 1 boat, 1 monorail train, driver and passengers.

Colonel White says "I can't remember an assignment where secrecy mattered so much", yet only four episodes ago in "Special Assignment" he sent Scarlet on a top secret misison to uncover a Mysteron plot that involved his seeming to be sacked from Spectrum and being hired by Mysterons.

Symphony's big blue tie doesn't have a knot.

Helga tries to push Verdain out of the car window, but at no point does she think to make things easier for herself by opening the door.

Neither Michelle or Helga were killed but they are never mentioned again. Michelle is in Spectrum custody and Helga is presumably still at large with Captain Black.

Despite having nausea attacks when in the presence of Mysterons, this time Scarlet feels nothing when he spends most of the episode with not one, but two of them.

If the Mysterons could use their influence to make the train crash, they should have been able to do the same to Verdain's yacht.

The Mysterons go to all the trouble of killing and reconstructing the two models yet their plan to kill Verdain consisted of Captain Black descending the side of the building on a platform to shoot Verdain through the window.

The Mysterons said they wanted to kill Verdain, which they attempted twice, yet on the third try, they just kidnapped him and tried to get to some island. Why didn't they just shoot him while he was in the car? Why the change of plan?

Despite having meant to have dropped their codenames for the mission as Captain Scarlet had said, the Angels were still called by their codenames throughout the operation.

How could Scarlet not have had any suspects as to who started the fire on the boat? There were only seven people on board, and five of them worked for Spectrum, leaving only the two models.
