The Score: No Angels are killed. Spectrum: 12 Mysterons: 3.
Mysteron Reconstructions: 3 Angel Interceptors (warehouse fire/shot down and crashed).
Spectrum Losses: 1 Saloon, 1 Angel Interceptor, 3 unfinished Angel Interceptors.
Collateral Damage: 1 transporter, 1 warehouse, 1 house. Jackson is killed by Black.
Melody's hands are white in close ups.
The crash and explosion of the Mysteron jet shot down by Rhapsody visibly shakes the countryside set.
As Colonel White talks to Lieutenant Green after Scarlet has spoken to Destiny at the café, Captain Blue's indicator light on the Colonel's desk was still on, but Blue had hung up several minutes before.
At one point, Destiny says "Bonne chance, mes enfants" to the Angel pilots. This translates into "Good luck, my children," which seems an odd thing to say.
Spectrum personnel are supposed to be the best and the brightest, but when Scarlet orders Destiny to "get out of the car and take cover", she replies "I don't understand". It was hardly a complicated instruction.
During the attack on Destiny, the Spectrum Saloon Car takes a couple of direct hits and catches fire, but remains largely undamaged, yet at the very end of the episode, it is suddenly a pile of twisted metal; far more damage than we saw it sustain.
In one shot of the abandoned Spectrum Saloon Car, it wasn't on fire when it had been only seconds earlier.
Mysterons: This is the voice of the Mysterons. We will continue to take out revenge. You started the shockwave with the attack on our Martian complex. This act of aggression will be avenged. We intend to kill one of the Spectrum Angels. Spectrum Angels, one of you will die.
The script describes the transporter's picking up crates as "like Thunderbird 2 picking up a pod", a reference to the carrier aircraft from the previous Supermarionation series, Thunderbirds.
Angel Interceptors being built by several different companies so no one company has a complete set of plans is similar to how the Thunderbirds machines were constructed in that series.
As the warehouse fire is put out by the fire department, the middle fire truck of the three (the one with the extended cherry picker platform) is actually the mobile crane vehicle used by International Rescue in the Thunderbirds episode "Path of Destruction".
