  • A mysterious being is out in the woods behind the school and Sakura believes her mother is back as a ghost! Is her mother really back or is this just a trick by the mischivious Illusion Card?

This is probably one of my favourite episodes of CardCaptor Sakura. I got around to watching it last night and I could pick up a lot of words without having to read the subs.

The episode focuses on Sakura and her mother who is dead; she died long ago when Sakura was only 3 years old. However, Sakura stills loves her mother. Meanwhile, the girls come across a weird light at the back of the school and see different things. Tomoyo says she saw a giant Nikuman lol. Sakura and co. go to investigate one night and Sakura sees her mother! However, is it really her deceased mother or is this the work of a Clow Card?

This episode really made me want to cry at times. Just listening to that score when Sakura's mother appeared just made me want to cry, unlike that awful score they replaced with in the dub. Ugh. The Illusion Card is probably one of my favourite Clow Cards, especially in this episode. We learn that the Illusion Card takes on the form of what the viewer is thinking or has deep inside their heart. I really liked the second outfit Sakura wore in this episode. And Yukito was so kind to take care of Sakura. This is why I love CardCaptor Sakura. And Poor Sakura can't handle a scary story. All well, I'm kidn of like her at times, I can't stand people telling me scary things or seeing scary things.

Well, I can't think of what else to say. So, this is the end of my review for this episode. I just love this episode. I could watch it again if I wanted to but better not use up the internet. xD

  • The Clow Card Illusion wrecks havoc...

This was a good episode. For Sakura's costuming, I disliked the bunny costume at the beggining but the second part's costume was pretty kool I guess. Kero was a little out of character for me when he showed his compassionate side, but that's ok. Touya is awesome... is Yukito queer I've been hearing a lot of rumours but I didn't want to spoil anything, so yeah. The moment between Touya and Yukito talking were kool to, and the ending with Touya seeing his mom's ghost for the first time since junior high was mysteriously sweet. So it was a good episode even though it didn't have a lot of action.

To me this was an sad episode that made me cry.I mean when Sakura was crying out for mother at first.
