Cardcaptors

The episode started out as a dream. The Cards were all flying around in the sky. All of a sudden a boy appears and he going to take all the Clow Cards. Sakura tries to stop him, but he is too quick. Sakura is repeating the words, "I can't..., I can't...". She is awakened by Kerberos, or Kero, the guardian of the Clow Cards.
When she woke up, she accidentally smacked Kero, and caused him to fly across the bed. She wakes up, and tells Kero that she just had a weird dream, and she tells him about it. Kero tells Sakura that she has to expect the unexpected. All of a sudden Sakura's brother, Tori, opens the door and Kero quickly turned back into a staffed animal. Tori tells Sakura that she is weird because she is talking with stuffed animals. She is still in bed and not ready for school, so Tori leaves the room.
Later, Sakura rushes out of her room after she changed, and she puts on her safety gear and her rollerblades. She races out of her house as her father opens the gate. She races to catch up with Tori and finally catches up. A friend of Tori appears and it seems that Sakura like him, or has a crush on him. The friend, Julian greets Sakura. Tori tells Julian that Sakura is ten years old and still talking to her imaginary friend, and her stuff animal. Julian laughs and asks Sakura is Tori was still picking on her. She feels better about herself and seems to think about Julian. She tells Julian that she had a strange dream, and Julian says that sometimes dreams tells you things that you least expect. He tells her that he had a strange dream too, and she thinks that he had the same dream as her, but it turns out that Julian dreamed about having french toast for breakfast.
When they get to class, she meets up with her friend, Madison, and they talk about her strange dream. Their teacher comes in and they settle down in their seats. The teacher announced that they had an exchange student and that he's name was Li.
Li comes in and sees Sakura. He stares hard on Sakura, which freaks her out. He ends up sitting right behind her.
At recess, Li finds Sakura and takes out the Lasin board. He says some chants and it revealed that Sakura does have the Clow Cards. He demanded that Sakura handed over all the Clow Cards, but Sakura wouldn't and she tells him that she has to keep them for Kero. Li immediately knew she was talking about the guardian of the Clow Cards and he thinks it's a mistake that Kerberos choose Sakura to be the protector of the Clow Cards. Until she tells him that she accidentally released all the Cards. Li goes after Sakura and tries to take the Cards from Sakura, until Madison cries for help. Then Tori, Sakura's brother, jumps into the action and was ready to fight Li. Li stood firm and was also ready. Out of no where, pops Julian with his meat buns. He offers them to everyone and also Li, but Li seemed frightened of Julian and ran away.
After school when Madison and Sakura were walking home, the sky went dark and lightning struck. They took cover under a playhouse, but they find out that there is no rain.
When Sakura comes home she finds a sleeping Kero, but she wakes him up. She tells him about Li, and she learns that she was chosen to be the protector of the Cards. Madison calls and tells Sakura to look out her window. The sky was dark and lightning was flying everywhere. Sakura decides it's time to capture some Cards.
With a corny rubber battle suit, she goes after the Clow Card, The Thunder, with her wand. Unable to turn The Thunder to it's visible form, Li comes unexpected and says some chants and used his sword to turn The Thunder to it's visible form, Raiyu, the thunder beast. He sees Kero, and saw that he was only a little stuff animal. With the help from Li, Sakura used The Shadow and caught The Thunder. Li tells Sakura that she has a lot of learning to do and then he leaves.
