Professor Cold Heart plans to use an freeze machine to freeze all the children in town.However he needed some help.So he enlist an boy name Paul,who is always teased by Lumpy and his two friends because he is an genuis and all.While the Care Bears convinced him,that he could have friends.However Frosbite tells him to help with revenge on them.Which he agree's too.Meanwhile Hugs and Tugs are capture by Professor Cold Heart.Which the Care Bears didn't suspect that they came along as well.He has frozen them up as well.Paul relized that what he did was wrong considering himself an failure.With Paul's help with the Care Bears.They unfreeze the children that was frozen.
