It is election day in the town where they let the kids be Mayor for the day.However Professor Cold Heart plans to let the children do whatever they want without caring or feeling.Once Professor Cold Heart run mayor for the day.He let the kids run free and uncaring.However it up to Care Bears to stopped this madness.But he manage to capture them and sent them to jail.With Bedtime the only one left not in jail or capture.He has to free the others.In the end Professor Cold Heart lost as usual.

Here what confuse me when Bedtime Bear face was spray paint.Than when they did the stare his face was clear.moreless
