    It is the Care Bear Town Parade.Everyone is preparing for it.Of course Cheer Bear,too busy buying something to matches her oufit not helping her friends is making the float or anything.So she had to bring the money to buy an new car for Grumpy.However she got distracted by buying an blue ribbon for her hair.When she meets an mysterous car salesman who gave her the car.It turned out to be an trick from Mr.Beastly who plan to destory Care A Lot Town Parade.With big sucess and stuff of ruining it.But Cheer Bear and the others sucessfully stopped it from driving.

    An awsome episode.Although there was an mistake.If u see Champ Bear tummy in his trophey the heart disappear than come back.moreless
