    When the grumpy clouds are coming.The Care Bears plans to have an carnival to turn the frowns of children to happyness.However Shrieky and Beastly plans to ruin the fair making it sadness.But when they get Hugs and Tugs.They tell the Care Bears,that if they want the cubs back to destory the fair.However Camp being the hero went to save them and save the day also the fair as well.

    Pretty good episode.Altough Champ seemed to be pretty occupy with trying to get the ring toss right.moreless
