When Cheer Bear can’t get Grumpy Bear to smile, she feels inadequate. Even Swift Heart Rabbit’s attempt to engage the Care Bears and the Care Bear Cousins in a variety show can’t put a smile on that grumpy face.

    The Care Bear Cousins,comes and visit Care A Lot.Swift Heart found an uncheerful Cheer Bear sitting alone in the star not knowing why she wasn't her usual self.Cheer Bear heads to where Grumpy is and tries to cheer him up making him happy.However with no luck.The Care Bears begin an plan to have an laugh night in hope that Cheer Bear and Grumpy Bear,would smile.In the end with no luck.Cheer Bear decided that she would keep on trying to see Grumpy smile.In the end he smiled.He smiled because she doesn't give up on him.Which makes him happy.

    Very good episode.We get to see more Care Bear and Care Bear cousins that we never knew about.Its pretty rare to see Grumpy smile!moreless

    This is one of my favorite episodes from the original animation series, its based on a varity type comedy acts in order to cheer Grumpy up, one of my favorite and funny scenes is when Funshine Bear puts two cream pies in her own face, so funny and then later in the episode, the pie scene goes horribly wrong and almost everyone gets a pie in the face..lol! But still, Grumpy is still, well grumpy!

    This episode also had some interesting gaffes as such, during one of the scenes, the audience had quite a few weird bears and cousins, I guess just to make up the numbers? hehe

    Overall, great episode.moreless
