Episode Summary

Jimmy wakes up around police surrounding him, panicking as if he were a little boy. After the police weirded him out, he decides to make a run for it behind their backs. After being tired out after a few blocks, he stops for a deep breath that becomes even deeper when he sees a reflection of a little boy through a glass door.

''He runs to his home where he sees the Doc. It seems the Doc has a harder time believing it's Jimmy, than Jimmy himself. But after using his keen eye, he proves to the Doc that within the small body lies the brain of the big brained Jimmy.

''After Rachel ran through Jimmy's house worried for him, the Doc. introduced her to his nephew. Jimmy quickly thought up the name Conan Edgowa, using his father's glasses as a disguise. The Doc. asked Rachel to adopt him, seeing how he couldn't take care of the child.

''She accepts but think her dad should know before she does. On the walk home, Rachel quickly falls for Conan as a brother, telling him everything, including her love for Jimmy. Before she could run the news to her father, he runs through the door and to his new case, where Conan quickly follows. Rachel right behind him.

''Conan was being ignored throughout the entire case, but luckily Richard handled the beginning, now the ending of the case and Michelle's life is in Conan's hands as he uses all the clues he has and figured out the puzzle within just in the nick of time. This Is Why I Love Mystery Anime's Like This. The Second Part To "The Big Shrink" And The Second Episode To This Anime. Again, Watch It In Uncut, Not In FUNimation's Stupid, Crappy Dub. uncut>bad uncut. Once Again, Uncut Prevails! Yay Uncut!!!!!!!!! blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah.

Jimmy discovers he's not dead, but he's been turned into a little kid. He finds the Doctor and...

Well, the summary will tell you the rest.

This episode is the conclusion to the first part of the series, though it's not technically a two-parter.

The best part of the episode is probably when Rachel comes and saves Conan and Conan thinks: "Man, she kicks ass!"

Awesome episode.

- Manga/Anime Differences: - The younger Jimmy is in a medical center at Tropical Land whereas in the anime he runs off after being awoken by the police. - Rather than showing Conan being introduced to his new class (with George, Amy and Mitch as students), the manga version of the story end with Conan reflecting on how he is incapable of fighting the bad guys in his younger form.
