Another cookie cutter, uneventful, uninspiring episode. *sigh* I really miss the Castle I fell in love with. Cause this show just aint it. Part of it's Beckett being someone completely different and the other is the Capt Bitch they have now. She brings down the ENTIRE SHOW! Get rid of that character and do it soon! My fav part was Esposito giving Ryan relationship advice... LOL...Really, bro? Cause your love life is in such fiiiine shape. Ryan should have smacked him on the back of the head Gibbs style (that's an NCIS reference).

I was seeing glimpse of seasons 1&2 in this episode. Thier bickering made me nostalgic. I'm a little angry about the whole tiger thing though, it just seemed like it came out of nowhere. Castle and Beckett have never dealt with anything bigger than kidnapping and murder. Would it really kill the writers to make the case something like human-trafficing or rape.

Did anyone else catch the super gratuitous scene where Beckett and Castle were basically going at it doggy style and grunting (to push the heavy trunk) and then Beckett falls over exhausted? It's a bit too visual for such an innocent relationship as theirs!

Haven't seen the episode yet, but i've been seeing great reviews so far on the episode "Cuffed". My guess on the sniper who shot Beckett was hired by i think her father, who mysteriously has neva been touched, but Johanna and Kate have. What are yours thoughts on my theory?

I definitely felt some scenes were put in a little gratuitously, like the pushing the freezer scene. It made me uncomfortable, but it was more to do with the obviousness of the writer's intent. I don't agree that Castle and Beckett have an innocent relationship.

I have no issue with Beckett getting this case, at the point that they were captured, all they knew is that there had been a homicide. You can't send a case to the right department if you are missing some of the information.

But the main reason I came on here was to highlight an entertaining mistake. Right at the end Beckett removes her jacket only to have Castle promptly help her put it back on. I'm guessing they filmed the previous scene with it on forgetting that they needed it off for the next scene, but it gave me a giggle.

Sorry have to disagree with you there. Jim Beckett hasn't been targeted because he never threatened the conspiracy. Joanna was close to working out the truth when she was representing Pulgatti and Kate was getting close to discovering many of the players involved.

Also, he may have been a less than amazing father, but it takes a completely other kind of person to order a hit on his wife and daughter.

I didn't mind the scenes per say, though the "in your face" factor of them made them seem lacking in finesse. However I do think it's a bit of a cheap shot, if the writers use this episode to buy themselves another season of unresolved relationship talk between them.

They are adults, and have basicly both professed being in love - move it along before it stagnates.

The show in itself was a gem. I liked that we got to see some Esp/Ryan detective work. And the new boss has never really bothered me, she's different sure but a show needs to evolve/move on.

Great episode but the tiger was a bit of stretch.. But overall ik was very good. Maybe even the best of the season so far. The end scene with Beckett en Castle was superb, i love how she said next time let's do it without the tiger en Castle was all NEXT TIME??LaughingHaha big smile. Oh yeah and i love you Stana!!

The jacket she took off was different from the one she put on. She took her dress jacket off to put on a trench coat like jacket to go home in. She switched them out at her desk off camera, most like it wasdrapedover her chair.

The mistake that annoyed me was that the postal code(POSTNET) is only a 9digitzip code for the mail sorting centers to get it to/on the correct delivery vehicle. It does not contain an address that would lead them to a specific house. I find it impossible that among all the writers, cast and crew that no one knew or pointed this out. I can only suspect they used it, as it makes for a good random clue, hoping that the audience is to stupid torealizeit.
