I have been following that show for years now and really love it. This episode "Enough's Enough" has been an outstanding one in my eyes and it's a good example of why this show is so popular, successful and good.
It has particularly been interesting to see Harry in a different position. His role has been threatened by the arrival of Nathan. Nathan is treating the hospital like a business rather then somewhere ill people go to get care. Good on Harry for doing things his way because his way is the right way.
The guest story lines have been very moving in this episode. These include a young mother, Avril Skinner, and her son who try to escape from the abuse of Avril's mother. And also a young illigal immigrant, Arlind Kadillari, who fells of a scaffolding is being brought in to the hospital.
I even would have loved to see more of these stories as they were very touching and have been very well acted!
