    Yes, this show received bad reviews mainly because it didn't rely on humor as much of the other nicktoons, it was far more serious.

    Also, I think Jimmy Neutron is the most underrated show on Nick. But CatDog is right up there.

    I agree that CatDog is totally underrated. I think the writing could have been a wee bit better, but otherwise I love it to death.

    Definetly. The concept and humor of this show was really creative. I never understood why this show wasn't more popular. I disagree too about people saying it's a Ren and Stimpy ripoff.

    It's a lot like Ren and Stimpy, but I wouldn't say it a rip-off of it either.

    nick never shows re runs, even though it is the ost popular nick show in the internet and has the largest fan base. they keep screwing us around with airdates and when they will air. the net new episode is on july 14, 2008. the last episode that aired in the US was the day of black sun that aired on november 30. canada and latin america is ahead of us with epiosdes

    I agree that Avatar is, for the most part, ignored by Nick but it's still recieved far more praise then CatDog ever has.

    Nick has/had many shows which it ignores, like Avatar, Danny Phantom, Rugrats, Hey Arnold!, etc. However, just because modern Nickelodeon ignores them doesn't mean that they're under-rated. Avatar must have the best ratings of any Nick show and Rugrats was so popular in its day that it exceeded the norm of episodes (they didn't USED to ignore their best shows). CatDog, on the other hand, is not only under-rated by Nick, but by the general population as well. Instead, people choose to watch Spongebob, which has gone so downhill that not even THAT'S funny.
