Dealing with life in a studio at NBC's 30 Rockefeller Plaza (the title is a shortening of that), the show centers around Liz Lemon, played by Saturday Night Live's Tina Fey, who's the head writer of The Girlie Show. When her old boss dies and a new boss comes in (Alec Baldwin as Jack Donaghy), demanding the addition of a volatile former movie star (and re-branding the show TGS with Tracy Jordan in the process), Liz must figure out how to keep things running smoothly without losing her mind. Jane Krakowski plays Liz's friend Jenna Maroney, the former headlining star who's all too aware her time to rely on her look is running out. Tracy Morgan plays Tracy Jordan, and out-of-control comedy star whose movie career vanished. Scott Adsit plays producer (and Liz's confidant) Pete Hornberger. Judah Freidlander is writer Frank Rossitano, a slovenly man who's into porn and comic books. Jack McBrayer plays NBC page Kenneth Parcell, a naive Georgia man who seems to always let NYC get the best of him. The series won 16 Emmy Award for Outstanding Comedy Series, Outstanding Guest Actress in a Comedy Series - Elaine Stritch - Hiatus, Outstanding Comedy Series, Outstanding Guest Actor in a Comedy Series - Tim Conway - Subway Hero, Outstanding Lead Actor in a Comedy Series - Alec Baldwin, Outstanding Lead Actress in a Comedy Series - Tina Fey, Outstanding Writing for a Comedy Series - Cooter, Outstanding Comedy Series, Outstanding Writing for a Comedy Series - Reunion, Outstanding Casting for a Comedy Series, Outstanding Sound Mixing for a Comedy or Drama Series (half-hour) And Animation - Episode 210, Outstanding Picture Editing for a Comedy Series (Single or Multi-Camera) - Apollo, Apollo, Outstanding Casting for a Comedy Series, Outstanding Writing For A Comedy Series - Last Lunch and Outstanding Casting For A Comedy Series.moreless

About the Creators: Seth Green Known for his acting roles in dozens of movies like The Italian Job, Without a Paddle and the Austin Powers films. He has also appeared extensively on television, starring in the hit series Buffy the Vampire Slayer and as the voice of Chris in Family Guy.

Robot Chicken is original in the ways that there hasnt been any like it since Action League NOW! The great fact is the episodes are so incredibly random, yet they still happen to pull through and manage to be completely hilarious, without losing the viewers attention because of the entire random factor... So read the rules and have fun posting... about the sheer random-ness that is Robot Chicken!moreless

Their new life together will take a lot of getting used to, but Val and Holly's relationship is stronger than ever. Popular film and television star Damon Wayans stars as Michael Kyle, a loving husband and modern-day patriarch who rules his household with a unique and distinct parenting style. As he teaches his three children some of life's lessons, he does so with his own brand of wisdom, discipline and humor.

Now that Jr. and his girlfriend, Vanessa, are parents of a baby boy, Michael and his loving wife, Jay, are proud but young grandparents, and are adjusting to their new roles. Not only are they trying to help their son become a responsible father, but they want to help the teenaged couple make some important decisions in their lives. They all seem to have their own opinion when it comes to answering such questions like: Should the new parents continue to live in the Kyle garage? Should they get engaged or married? Will the new baby make Jr., who is terrified in his role as a new dad, act any smarter?

While trying to turn his son into a man, Michael begins to look at where his own life has taken him and wonders if he should make some changes. Jay, who also starts to question her purpose in life, pursues her educational goals and, along the way, decides to open a restaurant. Meanwhile, oldest daughter Claire's relationship with Tony, the odd and oddly endearing bible thumper, has endured. Claire is now a high school senior and is more than ready to do all the things that come along with that special time in life.

Little Kady feels a bit threatened by the new baby's presence, and her family is there to help her get over any insecurities. She continues her friendship with the young piano virtuoso, Franklin, who often complicates Michael's life. The boy sensed an opening in the family with Jr.'s impending graduation into adulthood, and Franklin is still trying to weasel his way into becoming the "good new son."

Michael can only hope his parental advice, mixed with witty humor, will steer his children to act responsibly. Through it all, Jr., Claire and Kady know they can turn to their father when they need his guidance. Sometimes it seems as though, even without their asking, Dad knows ahead of time what they might need, and he's only too happy to provide direction -- often to their chagrin.

The Duke Family -- cousins Bo ( John Schneider) and Luke (Tom Wopat), assisted by their cousin Daisy ( Catherine Bach) and their uncle, Jesse (Denver Pyle)-- fight the system and root out the corrupt practices of Hazzard County Commissioner Boss Hogg (Sorrell Booke) and his bumbling brother-in-law-Sheriff Rosco P. Coltrane (James Best). The show became an instant hit, never failing to win its time slot during its original run on CBS for seven seasons from 1979-1985. The Duke boys, a pair of 'Robin Hood' types complete with bows and Dynamite arrows, are assisted in their adventures by their car, an orange 1969 Dodge Charger named 'The General Lee'. The Dukes of Hazzard is set in Georgia, and the show's southern influence is felt throughout. Country singing superstar Waylon Jennings performed the famous theme song to the show (Good Ol' Boys), and acts as The Balladeer, narrating the adventures of each episode. Furthermore, many of the plots revolved around the Dukes' history as an ex-moon-shining family. The story followed Bo and Luke until season five, because during episodes 87 through 104, their cousins Coy (Byron Cherry)and Vance (Christopher Mayer) replaced the boys while the went on to join NASCAR Circuit. Bo and Luke won, but returned to Hazzard after great season at the NASCAR Circuit. Innocently naive Deputy Enos Strate, though technically a member of the law under Boss Hogg, strives for justice and fairness, while also having a major crush on Daisy. Ace mechanic Cooter Davenport helps the Dukes along the way, and Deputy Cletus Hogg, though not as honest as Enos, subtlety assists the Dukes escape from 'Hogg justice'. The series had an extremely successful run in syndication beginning in 1996 on TNN, the Nashville Network. This led to a resurgence in the popularity of the "Dukes". Two reunion movies, featuring the surviving members of the cast, aired in 1997 and 2000. The show currently airs on CMT (Country Music Television) and in the summer of 2005 experienced another huge revival with the film version, starring Seann William Scott, Johnny Knoxville, Willie Nelson and Jessica Simpson. A Prequel was Made in 2007 and shown in 2 weeks on ABC Family in 2008 during the summer.moreless

Welcome to the Agatha Christie's Marple guide at TV.com. Geraldine McEwan (series 1-3) and Julia McKenzie (series 4-6) starred in the latest TV adaption of Agatha Christie's Miss Marple stories. Following in the footsteps of Gracie Fields, Margaret Rutherford, Angela Lansbury, Helen Hayes and Joan Hickson, Geraldine McEwan brought the part of the elderly amateur sleuth with an extraordinary knack for solving crimes back to the small screen in 2004. Early episodes were adapted from Miss Marple novels and short stories, while later episodes see the character of Miss Marple inserted into other works by Agatha Christie. Opinions diverged as to McEwan's suitability to the role, while changes made to give the stories a more modern edge proved controversial. Despite this, the series proved popular and attracted large viewing figures in the UK and around the world. After the completion of filming of the third series, Geraldine McEwan decided to retire from the role, and the part of Miss Marple was awarded to Julia McKenzie. A documentary entitled Behind The Scenes: Agatha Christie's Marple was shown on ITV3 after the final episode of the first series and is available on the DVD release of the first series. Agatha Christie's Marple was co-produced by ITV Studios and Agatha Christie Ltd.moreless
