Host Dan Riskin shares your insatiable thirst for knowledge about the world around us. In this unique series, Dan travels the globe searching for answers to all the unanswerable questions he can think of. No mystery is too indecipherable for Dan and his crew, and they're willing to do whatever it takes to find the truths they're looking for. Dan uses his own body for some of the experiments, which include studying the effects of fear (in which he leaps from an airplane) and the nature of memory (in which scientists implant false memories in his mind). Dan seeks answers to the questions that have nagged at us since childhood, as well as the questions we haven't yet dreamed up. Curiosity is an entertaining and inspiring series about one man's quest for knowledge in a world full of mystery.moreless

Welcome to the PrimeTime Live guide at TV.com. Today's headlines come together on Thursday evenings with hard hitting investigative reports and undercover reporting that has, over the years, made a difference. Primetime, an American news magazine show on the ABC network, began August 10, 1989 with Sam Donaldson and Diane Sawyer. The early name for this show was actually "Primetime Live", but that changed when Sam Donaldson left, was replaced by Charles Gibson and was then called "Primetime Thursday". When the 2004-05 season began, ABC again reinvented this series with Chris Cuomo, Cynthia McFadden and John Quinones replacing Charles Gibson. Diane Sawyer has been the only regular anchor throughout this long-run series. On July 2005, the name was again altered to be simply, "Primetime", although some references have slipped through still calling it "Primetime Live". Interviews, human interest features and events that touch our lives are found here with people we've come to trust. Investigative reporting includes reports on insurance scams, bogus and dangerous botox injections, examination of how Iraq war veterans return home to lives of poverty. Other stories included Charles Gibson's report on the efforts to separate conjoined Virginia twins. Also hard hitting, Quiones' looked at the spiritual healer called "John of God," who has attracted millions of desperate victims and Sawyer's telling report from behind bars in a women's maximum security prison. Plus, of course, current events that have yet to happen.moreless

Originally a documentary style show on ITV1 hosted by Fiona Phillips (with a team boasting Twiggy, Nigel Havers, Patsy Palmer & Tracie Bennett) the show aired once a week on Friday nights. The show then returned as a regular slot hosted by Jeff Brazier and various other presenters on This Morning. After Richard Desmond's takeover of five in 2010, he decided to axe magazine show Live from Studio Five in favour of bringing back the OK! TV format. Originally Matt Johnson and Denise Van Outen were announced as the hosts of the show, however Denise pulled out at the last minute, so LFSF host Kate Walsh took on the role. With the launch of Celebrity Big Brother launching within August 2011, the show relocated to Elstree studios and rebranded with new hosts Jeff Brazier and Jenny Frost on August 17th 2011. Channel five then returned to ITN as it's news provider, thus the Sky produced OK! TV was cancelled and it's last episode aired on December 16th 2011.moreless
