Andromeda

The Commonwealth spanned three galaxies and a myriad of cultures. Dylan Hunt, captain of the starship Andromeda, was frozen in time and awoke three centuries later to find the Commonwealth had fallen. To fight back the chaos among the stars, Hunt must use the Andromeda to restore the Commonwealth and bring unity to the galaxy once again. He recruits a mercenary, Tyr Anasazi, and the crew of the Eureka Maru: Captain Beka Valentine, Engineer Seamus Harper, Physicist Rev Bem, and Medical Officer Trance Gemini. After discovering the Spirit of the Abyss and its powerful weapon, the Magog Worldship, the need for the Commonwealth is greater than ever. 50 member worlds are finally recruited, and the reconstruction of the Commonwealth is finally truly underway. More and more worlds sign on, contributing their fleets to protect each other. In the third season, Dylan and the crew travel from world to world as instructed by the Triumvirate, the leaders of the Commonwealth. But everything is building to the moment from one of his crew will betray him. The fourth year deals with the corruption of the Commonwealth after the recent betrayal. Things become more intense as the Andromeda is expelled from the Commonwealth, Trance reveals her true form, Harper holds a weapon capable of destroying the Commonwealth, Beka becomes possessed by the Spirit of the Abyss, and a new crew member joins. But the Magog Worldship is nearing, and the final confrontation is to protect a Utopian society from it. Everwood

Everwood tells the story of a widower, Dr Andy Brown, who leaves his successful job as a top Manhattan neurosurgeon to live in a small Colorado town, bringing his 9-year-old daughter Delia and 15-year-old son Ephram with him. He chooses the town of Everwood because his late wife had told him of her emotional attachment to it. Many of the story lines deal with the conflicts of adjusting to a new setting, as well as getting along with new people. Dr. Brown, simply called Andy most of the time, at first finds some animosity towards Dr. Harold Abbott, with whom his professional opinions differ. However, Dr. Abbott's cranky demeanor and Andy's passive, cheerful attitude prove to mesh well and the two begin a friendly rivalry. Ephram continually struggles with his emerging adolescence, his studies as a classical pianist, and his crush on Amy Abbott, Dr. Abbott's daughter. As the series progresses, so do the love stories. Amy and Ephram become a couple in Season 3 but experience problems along the way. Meanwhile, sparks fly between Andy and his neighbour, Nina. Sexo Urbano is a documentary styled program spotlighting the business of sex in urban Latin American cities around the world. HBO's creative program blends sexy women and interesting information as we drive along with cab drivers from these metropolitan areas, and although the show is in Spanish, we learn quickly that the language of sex is spoken everywhere. In Bogota, Ricardo takes us to all the preferred spots for sex, like Avenue 15, known for both escorts and transvestites. In Buenos Aires, cab driver Luis Casas notes that the hot spot is Zona Rosa, also known for transvestites looking to seduce willing men. And although it is certainly a departure from the typical erotica found on late night cable, Sexo Urbano does not scrimp on the beauties. Plenty of lovely latinas can be found in each episode, with shots from around the cities and more intimate scenes as well.
