There is something weird going on at Blake Holsey High something paranormal. When Josie Trent is sent to a private prep school she must come face to face with things that cannot be explained easily but with the help of friends and one science teacher maybe surviving school won't be that hard. "Blake Holsey high-- Just another boarding school, or so I thought. But things are a little different here. I've made some friends. Even got a cool teacher. The principal is definitely hiding something. And this guy, Victor Pearson-- Somehow he's behind all the really weird stuff that happens here. We'll figure it out. But in the meantime, these are... strange days at Blake Holsey High." - Josie Trent, narrating introduction. "Blake Holsey, it's not your ordinary boarding school. Not even close. Things are a little different here. See, I've stumbled onto a mystery with my friends. I've got a cool teacher, but the principal is definitely hiding something. And this guy, Victor Pearson; somehow he's behind all the really weird stuff that happens here. Is that floating ball of his the key to the mystery? We're getting closer. But in the meantime, these are strange days at Blake Holsey High." - Josie Trent, narrating introduction - Season Three. Contributer - carleymarie Josie Trent: "Okay so my mom drops me at this boarding school and I'm thinking it's like all the other places I've gone. Students, teachers, principal. You know like normal schools. But its not. Weird stuff happens here, really weird stuff, and what's this guy doing here? Something's going on and someone's behind it and we're going get to the bottom of it." Principal Durst:"There is nothing wrong at Blake Holesy High" - Narration of opening titles for the UK's Black Hole High by Josie Trent - Contributor: Koral Josie Trent: "Okay so my mom drops me at this boarding school and I'm thinking it's like all the other places I've gone. Something's going on and someone's behind it and we're going get to the bottom of it." Principal Durst: "There is nothing wrong at Blake Holsey High" -Opening narration for the third season Black Hole High -Contributor: Gordo_Fan Characters: Josie P. Trent - "New kid at school -- Doesn't like rules": Blake Holsey High is Josie's latest stop on her long trail of boarding schools, followed by an ultra-sized permanent record. Estranged from her mother, Josie is outspoken and expressive. She is also described as smart, gutsy, and disliking everything phony. She isn't afraid of rule breaking (she is a notorious class skipper) and is most likely involved when there's trouble, especially because it is a habit of hers to investigate the odd occurrences of the school. Josie hates cats and public speaking, and is not good at singing. She lives with Corrine in room 21. She was kicked out of her last school for turning some of the students's skin green. Corrine Baxter - "Straight "A" student": An attendant of Blake Holsey High for two years now. Conforms to all rules and is highly organized, intelligent, and careful. She has an IQ of 172 and has sang in a choir. Her mom is a psychiatrist and her dad is a brain surgeon. Roommate is Josie in room 21. Vaughn Jody Pearson - "Most popular boy in school -- Has dark secret": One of the most unlikely students to join the Science Club or even be associated with science. His father is Victor Pearson. Vaughn is often placed in uncomfortable positions to find out information discussed by the science club and comes into conflict with morals. He is left handed, has dyslexia, and is on the football and wrestling teams. In room 36, he is not assigned a roommate. His birthday is June 17. Marshall Wheeler - "Young, gifted, geek": Very intelligent. Dedicated to getting things, aims towards amusement, and tends to think about ways of making money. He apparently dressed up as Principal Durst for Halloween and made a genetically engineered soap that turned his skin green. Has an older brother named Grant who also attended Blake Holsey. He is the lead singer and keyboard player for "Magnet 360", a band of Blake Holsey. Roommate is Lucas in room 32. Lucas Randall - "Suspicious of everybody": He is not good at sports and isn't the preferred choice to be on a team with. Often picked on by bullies and isn't good at insults. He is known for looking into conspiracies and his stories are often not believed. Lucas likes fishing with his father and playing chess. Lucas also has asthma. Roommate is Marshall in room 32. Principal Amanda Durst - Once a new teacher at Blake Holsey High, she has now been principal of the school for the last 10 years. She attempts to keep the hopes of the students high but has a watchful eye on the science club. She loves Romeo and Juliet. Professor Noel Zachary - Science teacher and head of the Science Club, we find out though that this was not always his passion. It was luck that he received a scholarship from Pearadyne Labs to continue to college. He also was employed by Pearadyne Labs for a short time. Like Josie, he is interested (and often fascinated) in the odd occurrences and seeks to find the cause of them. He does not like giving pop quizzes. His favorite kinds of foods are hotdogs and spaghetti bolonges. He has a dog. Professor Zachary's birthday is on the 25th but the month is unknown. His last job was at an all girl school. The Janitor - When even Professor Zachary doesn't have the answers needed to solve their problems, the janitor turns up to individually give the students perplexing advice. He claims to like reading and his living area is usually not lit. Appears unsurprised at the mysterious events and seems to be watchful of Pearadyne Labs. He is usually seen attending to anything leftover by the suspicious occurrences. Victor Pearson - "Vaughn's father -- Major league bad guy": Having a fascination with science from a young age, Victor Pearson is the wealthy owner of Pearadyne Labs, an institution dedicated to science. An accident occurred 15 years ago causing mysterious happenings around the affected lands and the loss of his wife. He is head of the board of directors/governors for Blake Holsey High. He is suspicious of the Science Club and especially Josie. Victor's mission has been the reopening of Pearadyne Labs. Kelly Trent - Josie's mother. She worries that Josie may not like her and is trying to be more close to Josie. According to her, the work she does involves research for private companies and is an occupation involving confidentiality. She also worked at Pearadyne, apparently one of the people who began it. My Life as a Teenage Robot

My Life as a Teenage Robot

    Follow
    Nickelodeon (ended 2009)
While most kids think their own problems are the end of the world, there's one girl whose problems really are the end of the world. My Life as a Teenage Robot is the story of Jenny, a super-powered robot with a super-sensitive teenage heart. Her primary function is to protect the planet from certain disaster, but, like all teenagers, she has her own ideas about how she would like to live. Defending the Earth has become a mundane chore, and she would rather do more exciting things like go to high school and be allowed to drive the family car. My Life as a Teenage Robot, a spin-off from Nickelodeon's hit Oh Yeah! Cartoons (under the name My Neighbor Has A Teenage Robot), was created by Rob Renzetti and is executive produced by Renzetti and Fred Seibert. This show is the third of three spinoffs of Oh Yeah! Cartoons, the others being ChalkZone and Fairly OddParents. Characters: Global Robotic Response Unit XJ9, aka Jenny Wakeman - XJ9 is just like any other robot designed to defend the planet. She's powerful, confident, clever, brave...oh yeah, and she's gotta be home by 9! Jenny, as XJ9 likes to be called, is spunky, dramatic and prone to major mood swings (sound familiar?). She's also obsessed with pop stars, teen magazines and fitting in with the cool kids. Just like a regular teenager, right? Well, yeah...if regular teenagers were 6 feet tall and made of metal! XJ9's creator (a.k.a. mom) is constantly reminding her of her planetary responsibilities, but Jenny's tired of saving the world and just wants to hang out with her friends. What's a teenage robot to do? Bradley "Brad" Carbunkle - Brad is the boy next door. He's Jenny's closest neighbor and her best friend. Brad's not really interested in the stuff his friends at school are into, and wishes he were more like Jenny. He loves a good adventure and he's dying for a chance to explore the world outside high school. To Jenny, Brad's the reference point to all things "teenaged." He's the gatekeeper of "cool." Only Brad gets bored talking about all that lame teenager stuff and jumps at every chance to get in on Jenny's universe-saving superhero action. Guess the grass really IS greener on the other side of the fence... Tucker "Tuck" Carbunkle - Unlike his older brother Brad, Tuck is suspicious of the unknown and likes to be surrounded by familiar things and faces. He has a whole assortment of hidden fears and anxieties (let's just say he's not a fan of ferris wheels!) At first, Tuck was terrified of Jenny too, but after an unplanned tag-along on a meteor-blasting mission he's become her biggest fan. Well, next to Brad. Despite his fears, Tuck insists on going along on Jenny and Brad's adventures. Though being the typical trouble-making little brother he is, he usually ends up doing more damage than good. Mrs. Norene "Nora" Wakeman - Mrs. Wakeman had been struggling for years to rid the world of evil through the use of her inventions. And then, in a moment of brilliance, she created: XJ9 (a.k.a. Jenny). More mad scientist than understanding mom, Mrs. Wakeman can teach Jenny to battle almost anything that comes her way, but she's not so hot at talking about teenage stuff like clothes and boys. Mrs. Wakeman just doesn't get why Jenny would rather go to the fair than defend the Earth. But isn't having a mom who doesn't understand you, like, Rule #1 for being a teenager? Brittany and Tiffany Crust - Brit and Tiff sit securely on the top of the social hierarchy at school. Brit is the master of the putdown, and Tiff can intimidate anyone in school. All the world domination-plotting super-villians on the planet don't even come close to wielding the power these two cliqueish cousins hold in their hands, and no one is more aware of that than Jenny. But Jenny's arrival on the scene throws this tyranical twosome for a loop. Her physical power makes Tiff's intimidation impossible, and the curiosity she generates threatens Brit's center-of-attention status. Suddenly, Jenny is Brit and Tiff's public enemy number one! Unfortunately, the one thing Jenny's superpowers can't stop is her own desire to be popular! Sheldon Lee - Even though he knows he's pretty low down on the totem-poll of popularity, Sheldon is satisfied as a budding engineer and a comic book fan. And if that makes him a geek, so be it! He's quite content to spend his time perfecting mechanical projects and pouring over comics. Until he meets Jenny, that is. Jenny's the perfect combination of superhero and suped-up machine, and Sheldon falls for her-fast! He's constantly giving her gizmos and gadgets as gifts, but they never seem to do the trick. Alas, unfortunately for Sheldon, Jenny's fine with being his friend, but the thought of dating him hurts her brainwaves.moreless

    Syfy (ended 1999)
Sonic Underground premiered in 1999, and is the third U.S animated adventure to feature Sonic The Hedgehog, as with the previous two series, this show takes a slightly different direction and tone. This time, Sonic is one of three siblings, who together, are known as the hit rock band "Sonic Underground". In addition to being a rock band, the siblings are also the children of Aleena, queen of Mobius, who hid her kin away at an early age to keep them safe from the evil dictator who overthrew her: Sonic's age-old enemy, Dr. Robotnik. Robotnik learns of a prophecy that the hedgehogs will one day defeat him, find their mother, and restore peace to the planet. He immediately schemes to ensure the super-charged siblings do not fulfil this premonition. But with the aid of powerful medallions, Sonic, his brother Manic, and their sister Sonia, are determined to take the fight to Robotnik and his SWAT BOTS, as well as take the fight for freedom to a whole new velocity level. NOTE: It was shown on the BKN (Big Kids' Network), which Sci-Fi was affiliated with until 2001. It was syndicated onto UPN, but originally was with the Sci-Fi Channel weekdays at 6 A.M. Central Standards Time. Sonic Underground Theme Song: Triplets Born The Throne Awaits A Seer Warns Of A Deadly Fate Give up Your Children, Seperate Bide Your Time, Lie in Wait Sonic Underground Sonic Underground They Made A Vow Their Mother Will Be Found The Children Grow, Learn What's Right Leaders Of The Freedom Fight They Seek Their Mother, She Knows They Do Is It Time? If She Only Knew.. Will the Prophecy come True? Sonic Underground Sonic Underground Queen Aleena: I long for my children, but I have to wait, to act too soon could seal thier fate... They Made A Vow Their Mother Will Be Found SONIC UNDERGROUND! CHARACTERS: SONIC: One character that definitely doesn't need to be introduced is Sonic the Hedgehog. He is the fastest and coolest hedgehog in all of Mobius. His famous Super Spin lets him buzz right through walls, robots, and any obstacle Robotnik can come up with. Just like the 2 previous cartoons, he's voiced by Jaleel "Urkel" White. MANIC: One of the new characters in "Sonic Underground" is Sonic's brother Manic. Being a drummer, his brain can sometimes be too busy listening to his own unique beat to focus on what's happening arond him. He doesn't have any speed skills like Sonic; the only one he has mastered so far is speed drumming. He too is voiced by Jaleel White. SONIA: Another character is Sonic's sister Sonia. Her musical instrument is a portable keyboard synthesizer which also serves her as a gun. While Sonia doesn't have Sonic's speed, she has an unique ability: the Super Twirl, which lets her accelerate into a whirlwind spiral.Belive it or not, she's also voiced by Jaleel White. DR. ROBOTNIK: Robotnik is the ultimate villain, which we all love to hate. He is as mean and evil-looking as always, and more determined to catch Sonic and his siblings than ever, removing the last threat that stands between his final triumph. Voiced by Gary Chalk, who you may remember as the voice of Grounder from AoStH SWATBOTS: The new model SWATBOTS are meaner and more dangerous than the version in the previous cartoon series. They are all hi-tech, sporting a red metal body and dark grey metal limbs. Dingo and Sleet: Dingo and Sleet are Dr.Robotnik's evil Bounty Hunters. Dingo is a buff and muscle-bound dingodile who is in love with Sonia and not too bright however he is able to transform into anything. Sleet is a very smart Wolf who can make up very good plans to catch Sonic and his siblings.moreless
