Little Einsteins takes us on an adventure with four children: Leo, June, Annie and Quincy. Each of these four children have their own specialization, Leo loves to conduct, Annie loves to sing, Quincy loves to play instruments while June loves to dance. The series uses various pieces of classical music as the basic fundamentals for the series, though the series also capitalizes on the premise and episodes typically have famous artwork within them. While Little Einsteins was designed to be an entertaining series, it was created by the creators of Baby Einstein, the pre-school learning program, so this series never leaves its primary focus of helping children learn to explore and introduce new concepts into their minds, though it certainly attempts to expand the viewer's curiosity. Characters
    Bloom
: The mysterious Earth girl who suddenly finds out that she possesses the magical power of the Dragonfire and is heir to the crown of Sparx! She has a pet bunny, Kiko, and a love interest in Brandon (Prince Sky) and her bonded pixie is Lockette, pixie of portals.

Stella: Stella is the Princess of Solaria, and her father is King. Her mother was Queen until her parents went through a messy divorce battle. Stella draws her power from the Sun and Moon and is always a very cheerful person! She loves fashion and shopping and knows exactly how to be the perfect princess. Her bonded pixie is Amore, pixie of Love and her boyfriend is Brandon.

Musa: Musa is from Melody, the planet of music in the Harmonic Realm. Her mother died, so she was raised by her father. Her biggest passion is music, she plays several instruments and is an excellent singer. Not that you'd ever know. Music is also where she draws her power from. She's something of a rebel and doesn't always follow the rules-however is still an A+ student. She's impulsive, bold and wild but cares deeply for her friends. Her bonded pixie is Tune, pixie of manners and her on-again-off-again boyfriend is Riven.

Flora: Flora is the Fairy of Nature and she loves all plants and animals. She's got a big heart, but she's very shy. Flora is gentle and very sweet, it takes a lot to get her mad. But watch out, she's still powerful! Her bonded pixie is Chatta, pixie of chatter. Her boyfriend is Helia, the artist and dreamer. Though it takes them a long time to get into a relationship.

Tecna: Just like her name suggests, Tecna is the fairy of technology and it's her source of power. She's very knowledgeable about computers and all electronics, she's also part android. She loves her little gadgets and is up to date on all the latest technology. Consequently, she's not very into fashion and modern trends, much to Stella's dismay. Her bonded pixie is Digit, pixie of technology and her kinda boyfriend is Timmy.

Layla: Layla was the last member of the Winx club to join, she first appeared in Season 2. She is a princess from the realm of Tides and grew up very prim and proper at her parent's orders. This made her rebel in secret and she really bonded with Musa. She loves to dance, its her greatest passion. Her powers are drawn from water, she can shape water molecules into a solid form to suit her needs. Her bonded pixie is Piff. She doens't need a man to define her!

The Redfountain Boys: At Redfountain school of heroics, boys learn to be heroes and all sorts of sword fighting techniques and the strategy behind the battles.

Sky attends Redfountain, and for most of the first season he switched identities with his squire, Brandon. He said he wanted to find out what it would be like to be a normal guy, and then the boys were found out because of Sky's fiancee Princess Diaspro. It was an arranged marriage & Bloom gave Sky the confidence to tell his parents he didn't want one. He's a bit of a leader & loves to pilot the aircrafts.

Brandon is Sky's best friend & Stella's Boyfriend. They start off their relationship strong & stay that way. They are the strongest couple on the show & have been in-love from the start.Brandon eventually asks Stella to marry him, & she accepts.

Riven Attends Redfountain and he is the bad boy of the group- for most of the first two seasons. He calms down a bit after a spell on him is broken, but he is still a wild card & a bit hot headed. He dated Darcy and was (literally) under her spell until she tried to kill him. His is cocky, but it is deserved as he is secretly an A+ student. He and Musa eventually end up dating, but have their hard times off-and-on Timmy is the brainiac of the group and their major strategist. He was secretly crushing on Tecna for a while, until they both came out and admitted their feelings in season 3.

Helia is the artist of the group. He first appeared in Season 2, and started out going to an art school before he gave up pacifism and transferred to Red Fountain. He fell for Flora very hard & fast and their personalities meshed well together.

Nabu is Laylas boyfriend and doesn't show up untll season 3. Him & Riven originally crash after a misunderstanding, but quickly become close with each other & often are seen together. He is not a swordsman, but is very athletic & has mystical powers of his own.
The Trix: The Trix or the Senior Witches are Icy, Darcy and Stormy, descendants of the evil Witches coven that destroyed Sparx. They are bitter about their lack of power and are always trying to get more- first by attempting to steal the Dragonfire from Bllom and then by teaming up with Darkar and later Baltor. Icy is the leader and strongest of the three and is the favorite of Darkar and Baltor. Her power takes the form of ice. Darcy's is usually hypnotism and illusions whereas Stormy's power takes the form of malicious weather like tornadoes and lightning.

Theme song Lyrics (Season 1 and 3)

Close your eyes And open your heart. Believe in yourself, That's how it starts!

Upon discovering a mysterious device known as the Omnitrix, 10-year-old Ben Tennyson is bestowed with the power to change into 10 different alien heroes. Each alien hero has its own unique and awesome powers. Although Ben now has the added responsibility to protect others and fight evil forces, he still manages to find time for some mischief and fun!

    Character Bios

Heat Blast - Comes from an alien race that lives on the sun rather than a planet. He can project bolts of fire from his hands and mouth, and create fireballs that he can either throw or roll. He also has the ability to absorb flames and heat, meaning he can put out a fire just as quickly as he starts one.

    Powers/Strengths - Fireballs, absorption of heat/fire.

    Weaknesses - Excess water.

Debut Episode - "And Then There Were 10"

    -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=~=~=~=~=~

Wildmutt - More animal than humanoid, he is a beastly alien with superhuman athletic abilities, and heightened senses of smell, hearing, and taste. He can also fire the quills on his back as projectiles with incredible accuracy. Even though he has no eyes, his lack of vision is supplemented by his hearing and smell, which works almost as well as actual vision (which appear as red figures against a green backdrop). Wildmutt cannot communicate verbally, but can growl, grunt, and make other similar noises.

Powers/Strengths - Sharp quills, athletic ability, heightened senses of smell, hearing, and taste.

Weaknesses - No sound or smell in surrounding areas.

Debut Episode - "And Then There Were 10"

    -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=~=~=~=~=~

Diamond Head - He's a crystalline alien whose body is harder than diamond, making him invulnerable to most physical attacks and allowing him to cut and slash through almost anything. He can also use his body to refract light and beam based weapons.

Powers/Strengths - Razor-sharp diamond shards, can refract light/beam-based weapons, ability to morph certain parts of his body into extremely sharp tools/weapons.

    Weaknesses - Sonic-based attacks/weapons.

Debut Episode - "And Then There Were 10"

    -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=~=~=~=~=~

XLR8 - As the name states (pronounced like "accelerate"), he's a lizard-like alien that has the power to manipulate friction in order to gain acceleration, allowing him to move at incredible speeds. He may be fast, but he is not very strong compared to the other alien forms.

Powers/Strengths - Super speed (300 mph), able to manipulate friction, ability to run on almost any surface.

    Weaknesses - Magnetic-based attacks/weapons.

Debut Episode - "And Then There Were 10"

    -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=~=~=~=~=~

Grey Matter - At a mere five inches tall, he's part of an alien race bred to enter complex machines and repair them from the inside. Consequently, he can squeeze through extremely small spaces. He's extremely smart, which gives Ben a boost in intelligence when he's in this form.

Powers/Strengths - Enhanced intelligence, ability to squeeze through small spaces, slimy skin allowing him to climb virtually anything.

    Weaknesses - Strength-based opponents/enemies.

    Debut Episode - "Washington B.C."

    -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=~=~=~=~=~

Four Arms - At 12-feet tall, he's an alien of extraordinary strength, and can jump high distances. Unfortunately, due to his body mass and his agility is declined and he is very clumsy.

Powers/Strengths - Super strength, armored skin, ability to create sonic waves when all four hands are clapped at once.

    Weaknesses - Extremely quick opponents/enemies.

    Debut Episode - "Washington B.C."

    -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=~=~=~=~=~

Stinkfly - He's a winged, insectoid alien and expert flier, able to pull off amazing acrobatic moves in midair. He can also take care of himself in flight, using his pincers and tail as weapons, as well as shooting slime from his eye-stalks. Much like Earth insects, he also has a tough exoskeleton, but very thin wings.

Powers/Strengths - Acrobatic flight, six pincer legs, very sharp tail, slime-shooting eye-stalks.

Weaknesses - Poisonous gases and water.

    Debut Episode - "Washington B.C."

    -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=~=~=~=~=~

Ripjaws - This aquatic alien form is an extraordinary swimmer since he can breathe underwater and change his legs into a long tail with fins. He's remarkably fast and agile in the water and can fight with his claws or unhinge his powerful jaws to deliver a devastating bite.

Powers/Strengths - Underwater breathing, agility; powerful jaws and sharp claws.

    Weaknesses - Dry land.

    Debut Episode - "The Krakken"

    -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=~=~=~=~=~

Upgrade - A biomechanical alien with liquid metallic skin and a system of organic "circuits." He has the ability to merge with any technology and bring it to life with enhanced abilities.

Powers/Strengths - Positronic energy blasts, ability to merge with and upgrade technology.

Weaknesses - Corrosives (acids) and electromagnetic energy.

    Debut Episode - "Permanent Retirement"

    -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=~=~=~=~=~

Ghostfreak - A shadowy, phantom-like alien that has the ability to phase through solid objects, such as walls, and become invisible at will. Ghostfreak also exhibits limited telepathic and telekinetic abilities. He only has one eye, but can position it almost anywhere on his body by moving it along a track traced on his skin.

Powers/Strengths - Intangibility, invisibility, flight, telepathy, and telekinesis.

    Weaknesses - Direct light.

    Debut Episode - "Permanent Retirement"

The Flintstones was a parody on modern suburban life, set in the Stone Age. The characters in the cartoon series all behaved and spoke in a contemporary manner, though they lived in the prehistoric city of Bedrock. Fred worked as operator of a dinosaur-powered crane at Rock Hard & Quarry Cave Construction Co. (slogan: "Own Your Own Cave and Be Secure"). Around their split-level cave the Flintstones enjoyed such conveniences as Wilma's Stoneway piano, a hi-fi on which Fred could play his "rock" music (it consisted of a turntable and a bird with a long beak to serve as a needle), a vacuum cleaner (a baby elephant with a long trunk), and an automatic garbage disposal unit (a famished buzzard stashed under the sink). Their car, which sported tail fins, also came equipped with steamroller wheels--to smooth out the rocky road. Then one day in 1963 they were blessed with a baby daughter, whom they named Pebbles. Not to be outdone, their neighbors the Rubbles adopted an orphan boy named Bamm Bamm. (The two kids later had a Saturday morning cartoon series of their own, Pebbles and Bamm Bamm.) The Flintstones was always as much adult satire as children's fun. In many respects it resembled Jackie Gleason's popular Honeymooners, especially in the relationships of the principals. A wide range of caricatures passed through the stories: Lollobrickida, a pretty cook; Ann-Margrock, whose voice was supplied by Ann-Margret; attorney Perry Masonry (he never lost a case); Ed Sullystone, a TV host; Eppy Brianstone, a teenage impresario; and Weirdly and Creepella Gruesome, the strange couple who with their son Goblin moved into a cave nearby (this was a parody on The Addams Family and The Munsters, then popular). The Gruesomes thought that they were normal, and everyone else in Bedrock was odd. The Flintstones and its spin-offs had a highly successful run on Saturday mornings--on NBC from January 1967-September 1970, on CBS from September 1972-January 1974, back on NBC from February 1979-September 1984, and on ABC with The Flintstone Kids from September 1986-September 1989. This series has also many movies and specials (about 10 specials). Some of them are:"A Flintstones Christmas Carol", a flintstones version of the famous Charles Dickens book, "A Flintstones Christmas" where Fred replaces Santa Claus (Pebbles and Bamm Bamm are speaking now), "I Yabba Dabba Do" where Pebbles and Bamm Bamm are grown up and get married, and "Holly-Rock-a-bye Baby" where Pebbles gives birth.moreless

    Codename: Kids Next Door

    Codename: Kids Next Door

    Follow
    Cartoon Network (ended 2008)
The world is in danger! Only five ten-year-old kids and 1 who loves show are our only hope! Problem: Adults have become tyrants over kids. Solution: five kids decide to change that for themselves and the world. Join these five kids and 1 lover of knd (known by Numbuh 1, Numbuh 2, and so on) as they battle evil ranting (yet determined) grown-ups, candy pirates, their arch Nemesis, the Delightful Children from Down the Lane, their Father, a man of fiery powers and that was once known as "Mr. Wigglestines" and his many minions (such as Numbuh 5's older sister, Cree and ex-operative Numbuh 274, Chad). But they also have to deal with havoc amongst themselves... Characters: Numbuh 1 (Nigel Uno): Numbuh 1 is the bold leader of the group, hands down. With a fear of bugs and hate for the beach, he still can be the ultimate leader (he does have a girlfriend, and skill of thinking up great tactics and defense) and spare some time for an ice cream! He is the second youngest of the Kids Next Door. Numbuh 2 (Hoagie Pennywhistle Gilligan Jr.): With a skilled mind and knowledge of a buhzillion, Numbuh 2 is definitely the master in the building department. Also, with puns and jokes like that, what's not to love? He is the third oldest/youngest (In the middle) of the Kids Next Door. Numbuh 3 (Kuki Sanban): Hugs and Rainbow Monkeys are just as sweet as Numbuh 3 herself! Known as "The Flirt", this Asian does seem to hit the soft spot of most. However, she may be out-of-it at times, but when you mess with something she loves, you have to pay the price with a she-devil. She is the youngest of the Kids Next Door. Numbuh 4 (Wallabee "Wally" Beatles): Yes, his nickname ("The Tough Guy") does serve Numbuh 4 well. He sure has a knack for letting his actions speak, therefore making it easy as to what he's about to do. Though, underneath the hard shell, he has that soft spot (though doesn't show it) for people he cares for most. And some would say the person really up there is a certain happy girl. He is the second oldest of the Kids Next Door. Numbuh 5 (Abigail "Abby" Lincoln): Numbuh 5 would be put in a different crowd from the rest... This laid back girl always keeps her cool, yet sometimes can get a little impatient. All else aside, she is probably the guardian angel of the group, guiding the others, while not getting in the way of everyone's jobs. She is the oldest of the Kids Next Door. Numbuh 86 (Fanny Fulbright): Head of Decommissioning, defeat teenagers and adults, boss some kids around, this girl could do it all. Numbuh 86 is sure not only hardcore, but like Numbuh 4, soft on the inside. She may have a love for Rainbow Monkeys and thinks Numbuh 4 is pretty cute, but don't let that get to you. No matter what, she'll do her duties as decommissioning teens. Lizzie Devine: Lizzie is the infamous girlfriend of Numbuh 1, her Nigie. She was annoying at first, but the team has realized it could be much worse. Lizzie is the over-protetive type of her boyfriend and sometimes, jealous, but, she always is there to help Numbuh 1, even if she has to crash a couple of ships. Tommy Gilligan: Tommy looks up to his brother, Numbuh 2, and wants to be just like him. Of course, his love for his brother matches the amount of how much he annoys everyone... On the upper hand, he would make an excellent operative! If he can, that is... After a battle, he had to sacrifice his own membuhship to defeat the adults. Mushi Sanban: This little girl is almost exactly like her older sister, Numbuh 3. With the cuteness of a bummillion, she can just as easily get guys as her sister, "stealing" her "man", King Sandy. The Delightful Children From Down The Lane: The Delightful Children From Down The Lane are the KND's arch nemisesses. Working for their Father (see below) they are raised (or made) to give and serve the adults. But most kids, however, think they're creepy, for they talk and walk, and do just about everything as one. Father: Probably the most evil guy on the earth to attack the KND. Father is a conniving and scheming grown-up who happens to be the father of the DCFDTL (the Delightfuls'). He is bent on destroying the KND for interrupting his plans on adults ruling the world. However, he is no match for the KND! Cree Lincoln: Numbuh 5's sister, ex-operative Numbuh 11 (the best of her time), and one of Father's top worker is all Cree. She has it all, skills, knowledge, and a very suductive kiss, which Hank (who is Numbuh 2, teenagerized) has experienced first hand, she is an amazing teenager. But that's just it.. she's a teenager, working with the other side. Chad: Like Cree, Chad is an ex-operative (Numbuh 274, who, also, was the best), and he is also working with Father. He, too, has the skills, and the perfect kid--now teen--(in an adult's eyes), but he gets made fun of once in a while... for wearing a bra, which is really BRA (Battle Ready Armor) that can help him beat up any one and change into any one. Numbuh 362 (Unknown real name): She's the girl with the class and everything. Highest ranking, she is like president of the KND. And of course, she is one chick that Numbuh 86 admires. Of course, she tends to be rather annoyed with 86 easily. The Kid: Not much is known about this guy, but he sure makes Numbuh 2 want to beat him at everything, making him...basically, Numbuh 2's rival (even if he had to work with him). It also seems he likes to make other kids want to rival him, because he sure has Numbuh 4 on a knot for having a "fling" with Numbuh 3... Various Villians: Here's where you could start snoring because a long list of people ((Cough-Adults-Cough)) are coming your way! The list includes Mr. Boss (sort of the "Villian Leader", other than Father), The Toilenator (who just tries too hard and yet gets nothing), Sticky Beard (sort of Numbuh 5's rival, due to the candy-stash), The Cat Lady (self-explanatory), The Common Cold, Count Spankulot, and a whole lot more! They just keep on comin'! DNK: The Destructively Nefarious Kids. They're totally the opposite of the KND! Living in the opposite world (which entrance is through Numbuh 4's pool), everything and everyone in there is quite opposite of the KND's world. All the DNK are known as the "negatives" (i.e. Negative Numbuh 1, Negative Numbuh 2, etc.), and their names backwards. Luckily, by the end of the KND's journey to their world, they agreed to a truce that resolved their answers. Although, it makes you wonder if there would be more of the DNK... Rainbow Monkeys: Yes, they may not be characters, but are very important to the KND in many ways. Every girl couldn't live without them, and Numbuh 3 certainly wouldn't have her stuffed-animal filled room. Also, they are just as real as the KND themselves, but only a certain Asian girl would know. The Hamsters: The KND wouldn't, and couldn't sustain themselves with the power from the hamsters! They provide energy (like electricity) and can help with moving big things.moreless

The gang from The Suite Life of Zack and Cody take to the seas in this new Disney series. Zack, Cody, London and Mr. Moseby move from the well-appointed halls of the posh Tipton Hotel to London's father's luxurious cruise ship, the S.S. Tipton. Zack, Cody, and London enroll in a semester-at-sea program, which London's father hopes will make her a better student. Mr. Moseby has taken on the responsibility of watching over the three. There are also plenty of opportunities for mischief aboard the S.S. Tipton. Characters: Zack Martin - The Martin twins will be on the luxury passenger cruise liner, the S.S. Tipton, where they attend classes at Seven Seas High, but still get into mischief. Zachary "Zack" Martin (Dylan Sprouse) is typically the unstudious, outgoing twin and runs the juice bar on the ship. Cody Martin - Cody (Cole Sprouse) is the erudite, mature, and sensitive twin who gets straight "A's". He often plays along with his brother's crazy schemes. He shows less interest in girls than his brother, though his "sensitivity" usually gets him the girls. Zack usually picks on his brother a lot, but becomes very protective of him when someone else does. Cody has a crush on Bailey similar to the crush Zack has on Maddie. On the ship, Cody is the towel boy. London Tipton - London Tipton (Brenda Song) is the daughter of Wilfred Tipton, the owner of the Tipton Hotel and the S.S. Tipton. She is an obvious parody of Paris Hilton, down to the ditzy demeanor and frivolous spending and name of the character (London/Paris and Tipton/Hilton)and both fathers owning hotel chains. Although you never see Mr. Tipton fully - usually hiding behind his security force - he is frequently mentioned. London is a dim-witted, spoiled, rich teenager. She dislikes her step-moms (she has had more than six; in The Suite Life of Zack & Cody series finale, she claims she has had twelve) and talks to Mr. Moseby about her problems. When happy she usually claps her hands repeatedly while saying her catchphrase, "Yay me!". Though it seems like London may lead the ultimate rich-girl life, her childhood was not perfect. Constantly her parents were away running the hotel in different areas of the world. On the SS Tipton, she makes new friends, Bailey, who will be her roommate, which she grows to like, and Woody. Bailey Pickett - Bailey Pickett (Debby Ryan) is a 15-year-old small town girl from Kettlecorn, Kansas. She will be sharing a room with London Tipton. Bailey is a student at Seven Seas High and attends classes with new friends Zack, Cody, London and Woody. She came on the ship to leave the farm because she hates the fact that the town is so small. She pretends to be a boy in the pilot in order to get a room, but her gender is revealed near the end of the episode and London is forced to be her roommate. Marion Moseby - Mr. Marion Moseby (Phill Lewis) former manager of the Boston Tipton now works on the S.S. Tipton and also is the guardian of Zack, Cody and London while they are on the ship attending Seven Seas High. Mr. Moseby is usually getting frustrated by Zack and Cody, but deep down really likes them and he also gives London advice and helps her with her problems.moreless

Described by Doug Thomas of Amazon.com as "a little more hip than Little Bear and a little less talky than Arthur," Franklin is a delightful cartoon about Franklin Turtle, his family and his many friends. Although Franklin is a turtle, he's like any kid his age. He attends school, enjoys playing with his friends and likes to try new things on his own, although sometimes he still he needs some help from his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Turtle. He has a goldfish named Goldie and a stuffed dog named Sam. There have been a few changes to Franklin throughout its run, including the introduction of a new opening sequence and the introduction of Franklin's baby sister. There were also a few cast and crew changes. However, the important things stayed the same. The program so far has aired six seasons, as well as a direct-to-video movie, Franklin and the Green Knight and two other direct-to-video releases. Additionally, a Franklin CD was released: Hey, It's Franklin, which contains the show theme song, music from Franklin and the Green Knight and music from the retired touring Franklin show, Franklin's Big Adventure. A number of Franklin television stories are also available as books, including some never broadcast on television. The show still continues today --- check the guide and further below for more details. Franklin is based on a series of books by Paulette Bourgeois and Brenda Clark and many episodes of the program are based directly on original Franklin stories. Others that were originally written for television were later released in book form. Franklin airs daily on Noggin cable/satellite. Noggin shows the program two times a day, including weekends. The showtimes are 11 A.M. and 5P.M. eastern time every day. Noggin seems to show episodes in no particular order, so check listings if you want to know what you're recording/watching. Check local listings for showtimes in your area. Also, check stores, Amazon.com, or your local library for videos and DVDs of classic episodes of Franklin. In Canada, Franklin is shown on Treehouse TV and perhaps still on CBC. Check listings for more details or if you live in another country, as the show airs elsewhere as well. On March 15, 2004, Noggin premiered the movie Franklin and the Green Knight on U.S. television. They then aired the fifth season of the program, which previously had aired only on Canada's Family Channel and more recently in other foreign markets. Airdates listed in the guide for the first four seasons reflect Nickelodeon airdates, airdates listed for the fifth season reflect Noggin airdates, although these episodes originally premiered several years earlier on Canada's Family Channel. Franklin's sixth season has aired on Treehouse TV and then repeated on the CBC. Special thanks to Jaden2 - her help has been invaluable in getting information on the sixth season up. For those in the United States, some episodes of the sixth season are now airing in repeats. The film Franklin and the Turtle Lake Treasure is also now available on DVD.moreless

Since 1992 Barney, Baby Bop, and B.J. have brought smiles to our faces with their non-stop adventures, stories, games, friends and, of course, the Barney Bag. Normally focusing on younger audiences, Barney teaches respect, courtesy, manners and many other essentials in life. Most children in the age group normally consisting of 2-8 watch Barney. Many of us have grown out of Barney but there are generations still to come who will enjoy Barney.

    Characters:

Barney: His role on the show is to show everyone a good time. He has great friends whom sometimes visit the kids and tell stories or take them on adventures. He even has a bag of goodies known as the Barney Bag.

B.J.: He visits on occasion to play with Barney and his friends. B.J.'s role on the show is simply to help out or play games although he normally visits because he's looking for something he has lost.

Baby Bop: Baby Bop, who carries her blankie wherever she goes, is kind-hearted and very polite. She normally tags along with her big brother B.J. She does, on occasion, lose her blankie but with Barney's help, she always finds it. ((Trivia buffs: Baby Bop's favorite number is three.)

Barney & Friends Theme Song (to the tune of "Yankee Doodle"):

Barney is a dinosaur From our imagination And when he's tall, he's what we call A dinosaur sensation Barney's friends are big and small They come from lots of places After school, they come to play And sing with happy faces Barney shows us lots of things Like how to play pretend ABCs and 1-2-3s And how to be a friend Barney comes to play with us Whenever we may need him Barney can be your friend, too If you just make-believe him.

    The Ending Song:

I love you You love me We're a happy family With a great big hug and a kiss from me to you Wont you say you love me too. I love you you love me We're best friends like friends should be With a great big hug and a kiss from me to you Wont you say you love me too.

The Backyardigans is Nick Jr.'s animated musical adventure series about five high-spirited preschool friends, Uniqua, Pablo, Tyrone, Tasha, and Austin, who rely on their vivid imaginations to embark on amazing, epic adventures. In every episode, the backyard transforms into a new fantastic, photo-real landscape that serves as the backdrop for completely original, story-driven musicals. Broadway-caliber music spanning a variety of genres (including Big Band, Reggae, Rockabilly, Bossa Nova, and Hip-Hop) and cutting-edge 3-D dance choreography propel the stories forward, lending the series a narrative voice that will appeal to preschoolers and parents alike. The series will inspire children to sing and dance along with these lovable characters and stretch their imaginations as they climb up mountains, slide down glaciers, and sail across oceans.

The Backyardigans was created by executive producer Janice Burgess (Little Bill) and is executive-produced and directed by Robert Scull (Little Bill, Whoopi's Littleburg).

    Characters

PABLO: Pablo is, well, wrapped a little too tight. He gets excited by things. Just leaving the house for free play in the backyard can make him babble with joy. He thinks quickly, he speaks quickly, acts and reacts quickly. He gets big ideas but he can be overwhelmed by a situation and panic a little – making him the character most likely to run in a circle flapping his flippers and squawking. (By the way, he's a penguin.) He may not be the most agile or graceful of the friends, but he's probably the most determined and enthusiastic.

UNIQUA: One of a kind. She's funny – she loves to tell silly jokes and to tickle her friends. She's a little mischievous -- she'd be the kid most likely to ring the doorbell and run away. But she's sweet --she'll notice if you're happy or sad and say something about it because she cares about you. Graceful, agile and light on her feet, Uniqua is not afraid of anything and can be quite the daredevil. She loves to run and climb and ride her bike faster than anyone. (Uniqua is her name, and also her species – with her purple skin, pink spots, and dainty antennae, she doesn't look like any other creature on the planet.)

AUSTIN: Austin is the new kangaroo on the block, so he doesn't yet know the other kids really well. That suppresses his natural bounciness and makes him diffident sometimes – a little hesitant to express his opinion, a little slow to take the lead. He really wants to get it right.

TYRONE: The sunny one. He's easygoing – he can get along with anybody – Pablo's his best friend, after all. He takes life's ups and downs in stride --things just don't get under his skin. He's a deep thinker, which may make him seem a little slow on the uptake sometimes. He's confident -- he enjoys a challenge because he knows, in his heart, that he is equal to it. There's always a way and he's bound to figure it out. (And he happens to be a moose.)

TASHA: A little girl hippo, in red mary janes and a flowered dress. Tasha is Uniqua's much-admired and always eagerly-awaited play date. She looks sweet as pie but underneath her extra girly exterior beats the heart of a CEO -- tough-as-nails, take-no-prisoners, my-way-or-the-highway kind of gal. She's rational, skeptical, and highly motivated to get her own way. But it's always special for Uniqua when Tasha is there, because she's someone who can also be giggly, silly and full of fun.

    Theme Song

And we're, Your backyard friends, The Backyardigans Together with The Backyardigans In the place where we belong Where we'll probably sing a song And we'll maybe dance along We've got the whole wide world in our yard to explore We've always find things we've never seen before That's why everyday we're back for more With your friends, The Backyardigans.moreless
