Fighters travel to Las Vegas with one dream, one goal - to become The Ultimate Fighter. Determination, Discipline, Excellence. These young men are accomplished athletes, disciplined in a wide range of mixed martial arts that includes wrestling, boxing, judo, Jiu-Jitsu, karate and kickboxing. Each has the dream, the hope, and the will to fight in an Ultimate Fighting Championship event. Only one fighter from each of the two weight classes will succeed with the challenge. During the show the competitors will take their training to a higher level. They will be brought to Las Vegas where the UFC brand has its National Training Center. For the next seven weeks the competitors will be under the strict supervision of two successful and famous UFC fighters and trainers. The competitors will endure the most grueling training and intense pressure of their lives. They will train together, live together, and fight against each other inside and outside of the storied UFC Octagon. The men are split into two teams and compete against each other within their weight classes to avoid elimination. At the end of each week, one fighter from each team must fight in the Octagon to avoid being eliminated from the competition until only two remain in each weight division. In the end, The Ultimate Fighter will be decided by a competition match -- a head-to-head fight to the finish inside the Octagon. The weak are eliminated... The strong will survive... Only one will be left standing from each weight class... The Ultimate Fightermoreless

What Would You Do? is a reality hidden-camera show broadcast on ABC as part of the "Primetime" series. Hosted by John Quinones, the show sets up everday scenarios to gauge the reaction of or test the character of witnesses and passerby's, which are caught using hidden cameras. Some of the situations set up by the show include: a woman who says she has been drinking asking strangers to blow into a breathalyzer to help start her car, an out-of-control soccer coach verbally abusing a child, and a man trying to lure a visibly drunken woman out of a restaurant and back to his house. Many people ignore the situation and mind their own business. Others survey the situation and step in when they feel things have gone too far. Some even step in immediately to make their voices heard. The main question is: when faced with an ethical dilemma, would you do the right thing?moreless

    E! (ended 2007)
The Simple Life is a totally unscripted series starring everyone's favorite spoiled socialites, Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie!

The show's first 3 seasons were shown on FOX. But seasons 4 and 5 are now on E! with reruns of the first 3 seasons.

During the shows first season, Paris and Nicole got a reality check when they learned what it was really like to live among the middle-as they moved from their posh Beverly Hills pads to the small town of Altus, Arkansas (population 817) for a one-month stay.

Paris and Nicole were horribly inept at their jobs, which were the first they had ever had-including gigs at a dairy farm and a fast-food joint. But pretty soon they were up to their old tricks, picking up guys and causing mischief along the way, all in an effort to spice up the lives of their small town family and to win the hearts of the town's simple, kind-hearted residents. In the end, the girls survived the challenge, and most certainly served to prove that you can take the girl out of the city, but you can't take the city out of the girl!

During The Simple Life 2: Road Trip the outrageous Hilton and Richie were again stripped of their cell phones, cash and credit cards and set off on a trip across country in their hot pink pick-up and air stream trailer. Departing from Miami Beach, FL, and ending up in Beverly Hills, CA, the girls had to navigate their way through a wild ride full of new jobs, host families, and small towns across the southern U.S.

Now, the girls are back once again and are ready for their next challenge in The Simple Life 3: Interns.(Nicole Richie's final season) This time around, the girls will travel throughout the Northeast United States via Greyhound bus while visiting families and taking on an assortment of odd jobs from zoo keeping to Burger King. They will intern at a job for two days, on the second day they will be graded on their behavior and performance, from an A to an F (The girls' average score) If they complete the job as directed they each receive $100.00 (the managers deduct sometime... They even get fired! The girls stay with families each week and usually contribute by cooking a home cooked meal or preparing a sexy birthday night! This season the girls are really put to the test!

    Theme Song Lyrics

Let's take two girls, both filthy rich (Voice in the background: Hey isn't that Paris Hilton?) From the bright lights, Down to the sticks. From velvet ropes, To cattle pulls.(To workin' folks SL3) Let's take away their limousines, Their credit cards, and shoppin' sprees Well they're both spoilt rotten Will they cry when they hit bottom? Heaven knows who can survive This simple(Country, Road Trip, Intern, Living, Campers)kind of life (Paris: Where the hell are we?)moreless
