Gordon Ramsay's Great Escape is a three-part journey through the country side of India with the famed British chef. Ramsay, a classically trained chef with an impressive twelve Michelin Stars to his credit, is probably best known for his multiple television series and best-selling cookbooks. With his Great Escape, Ramsay takes you on a tour of India where he indulges his passion for his favorite cuisine, Indian food. Travel with Gordon as he spends a day cooking curry for 400 people on board the Mangala Express from New Dehli to Lucknow. Follow along as he travels throughout north-east India, with stops in various villages along the way, including hunting expeditions in Shiyong Village, Majuli Island and Guwahati. His journey through the north-east culminates with him trying to run a curry stand in a busy Calcutta marketplace. Roadtrip Nation

    PBS
Roadtrip Nation is a PBS television series (and grassroots movement) that lets young people and students travel across America to interview men and women who have become leaders in their own ways and who have inspired others. Its first season aired in 2004. The show formulated as an idea between four friends in 2001 fresh out of college: Mike, Nathan, Brian and Amanda. They decided to get an old RV, paint it green and travel the country looking for inspiring people to interview. They realized that every young person wants to know what they'll do with their own lives, so they decided to go and ask others who have done what they have wanted to do within their life! The young travellers in Roadtrip Nation interview entertainers, entrepreneurs, artists and scientists; all who have not given in to conformity and have become successful by going their own way. The show is as free spirited and adventurous as its young travellers themselves are! It has lasted seven seasons so far.moreless
