3. Mr. Blick
Nickelodeon (ended 2007)
|Yeah... to me, Gordon just seems like a "bleh" character! He's just the other brother... but I liked that they already had an episode (Unicorn Club) about him! |
As for Mr. Blik... He's such an interesting character! He isn't angry or evil... he just knows what he wants and what he likes! He's the most confident out of the three brothers and I think that Mr. Pickles will be a pivitol episode!!
|How can anyone refer to Gordon as the "bleh" brother. He is most definitely MY top favorite! I love his accent, his sense of bravery and honor, and you have to respect the love he has for his brothers. He's also pretty quirky: I mean, those allergies to broccoli and chocolate... woah. And his love for Human Kimberly is too adorable. We're talking diabetes-inducing sweetness as far as that goes; he truly cares about her, and it shows. He goes to great lengths to impress her and treats every token she gives him (even a stalk of broccoli) with deep love and appreciation for her. |
In other words, I like Gordon because he shows the most emotion and heart out of the three cat brothers. Besides, he's voiced by Rob Paulsen! Who doesn't love that?
I guess my second-favorite character would be... Human Kimberly. She's a very sweet, yet strong-willed little girl. And man, can she burp after a root beer! *laughs*
Mr. Blik is sort of my third-favorite, and I say "sort of" because my feelings towards him are love-hate oriented: I love to hate him. He's a jerk, pure and simple. He's funny to watch, and deep down he loves his brothers and has a softer, kinder underbelly. But most of the time he's just an egotistical jerk who's always doomed to fail somehow, which brings me to...
... Hovis! Number 4! I don't know enough about the character to form a full opinion of him, but I love his resentful yet dignified attitude towards Mr. Blik. I also love his sense of wit, like when he mocks Blik or the general antics of the cat brothers.
I'm sorry to say it, but Waffle... is at Number 5. I like dumb, sweet characters, but Waffle is kind of flat as far as his personality is concerned. Hopefully, this will change with upcoming episodes. Still, I've got to admit: he's got me hooked on saying "SPLEE!" *laughs*
