This was the only episode which featured 2-D characters. Beavis and Butt-head walked into the ring in 2-D, and started the match like that for a short period of time, but during the match they changed to the 3-D form.

The way that Beavis kills Butthead is very similar to Baraka's fatality in Mortal Kombat. In Mortal Kombat, Baraka uses spears that come out of his wrists to shread up the opponent. Beavis used untencils that Butthead jammed into his hands when they got cut off from the refreshment cart.

This episode only aired two fights, the second portion of the show featured Nick Diamond trying to resurect NSYNC and The Backstreet Boys, because both groups have died on the show. Nick then takes them from Satan in exchange for Celebrity Deathmatch's biggest fan Nicholas Kammerman.
