  • Every episode needs a perfect fight like this one.

Well this was certainly another satisfying episode of celebrity deathmatch. The new series was a little shaky at first minus the Bam Margera fights but from the Comedy Comeback to now I am most certainly positive that Celebrity Deathmatch is back on its feet. The first fight was funny just because they did well with Chris Farly. It was a tad disappointing that I didn't get an intense deathmatch as I had hope but it was funny so I didn't mind unlike that horrible Shaq-Kobe fight. They could have made it better by making it an actual fight but the fight left me satified so it would be stupid to complain. Quite funny it was. Now the Adam West versus Christian Bale was an intense deathmatch and by far the best of the episode. It was really funny and I must say perfect. They did a great job with Adam West and I too thought he was dead. I usually don't like the lockeroom scenes but because of that I really liked this one. The only other lockeroom scene I liked was the Adam Sandler one. But yeah perfect fight. Third fight I was disappointed because I like Redd Fox and wanted to see him tear it up in celebrity deathmatch. Even so it was an ok fight that was enjoyable to watch. Another thing I appreaciated about this episode was that all three fights the person i wanted to win won. I think they have learned from that Jim Carrey versus Mariah Carrey fight that they should have the most liked person win. This isn't too important to me though as long as it is a good fight but that seems what they are doing. Also the Nick Diamond announcing was good for once this season in this episode minus one outbreak. I am glad that that is improving. What is even better is that I have some great fights to look forward to next week espeacially the weeman vs mini me one. That will be good.moreless

Trivia, Notes, Quotes and Allusions

  • TRIVIA (3)

    • The show constantly refers to Adam West as the "original" Batman, which is incorrect. The first actor to portray the comic book character was Lewis Wilson in the 1943 movie serial, The Batman.

    • It was just humor set for the show, since Adam West is best known for the Batman series, it's as if he died along with his acting career.

    • If they sent a town car to pick up Adam West, why do they keep saying he's dead?

  • QUOTES (5)

    • Christian Bale: (to Adam West) Confront the fear, and the fear becomes a symbol, but the symbol is fear itself, and fear of symbols can only... Screw it, my Batmobile's cooler then yours!

    • Mills: (To Sanz and Farley) Alright you two, there ain't enough room in this town for the both of you! There also ain't enough food or oxygen.

    • Johnny: Nick, what phrase comes to mind when you hear Saturday Night Live?
Nick: I wonder what's on the Weather Channel!
Johnny: No. Well, yes, but... no.

    • Adam West: I didn't come through any time machine. You guys sent a town car to my hotel.

Tally Wong: What's the deal with Christopher Reeve? Do you guys like hang out? Swap superhero stories?

Adam West: Well no, because as you can see, I'm quite alive. Perhaps you are unaware of my rather lengthy thespian résumé since the Batman series.

    • Johnny Gomez: True Deathmatch fans may remember that the Time Machine was invented for us by Stone Cold Steve Austin. We had hoped he could be here tonight to explain the machine to our viewers.

Nick Diamond: But frankly, he was just too expensive.
