i just started watching the challenge of the superfriends season 1 dvd last week monday and i like this show the characters and stories are pretty good and sometimes the animation or voices seem cheesy so i just have a laugh or two while watching the action i think its kind of funny when the heroes explain to themselves what theyre doing

Too bad it was a short lived show.

it was agreat show a little cheesy at times. But i didn't like the wonder twins the show would have been better off without them.

I loved this show as a kid, and still catch the reruns on Cartoon Network sometimes.  Sure it was cheesy, but perfect at the time and sure brings back memories.  I'm not as big a fan of the later and darker "Justice League" cartoons that came a couple decades later.

It was awesome for its time, but now its just cheesy. I still watch it when its on, but actually prefer the Justice League that was on a few years ago.

So did I.  Actually, I still do.  I can catch it on Boomerang and have the DVD set.  It's fun to point out the animation goofs.

It was a lot of fun growing up to watch it, but I always thought the Wonder Twins were some kind of fluff characters that the makers of the show had to include, so that the violence was minimal! At that time, every cartoon maker was trying to make the least violent shows, so that the viewers would grow up to be Demorats!

This show is awesome, especially since it's an earlyexample of an ongoing plotline No wonder it was the 1st superfriends show to make it on dvd.

Even with Justice League and Justice League Unlimited, this is still a good show in it's own right. Nice and harmless fun.
