Three aliens visit a future Earth and after reviewing historical records, find that it's been inadvertently decimated by the Legion of Doom.

The final episode of the series centers on the end of the world inadvertantly caused by the Superfriends in their effort to stop the Legion of Doom from destroying the Hall of Justice. Three aliens learn the events of the tragedy by viewing videotapes from the destroyed headquarters of the SF and the legion. This is one of my favorite episodes because it deals with origins without the complications of altering history as in episode 8. Ironically, the episode ends with the aliens altering history by turning back time to moments before the disaster. I also like this episode because it devotes a portion to the origin of Giganta, the least featured member of the legion.moreless
