In the 1930's house, Ken and Manuela want their son's bedroom grown up a bit. They met when she was a waitress and she tried to throw Ken out for ordering coffee and no food. Around the corner, Terrie and Brian want to see their bedroom done. It has huse built-in wardrobes. Terrie was born an Essex girl and describes Brian as her "bit of posh". Michael Dewitt helps in the child's room. They go for primary colors - orange, blue, yellow. They also build a climbing wall. Builds seating/storage area for in front of the window. They also create bedding for when he has mates stayover. It looks like being inside of a huge construction vehicle. Linda Barker assists in the bedroom. They take out the built-ins and discover a rotted wall behind it. They build a false wall for an open plan wardrobe system. Paint is different shades of lilac. Paints a stripe in the middle of wall around the room. Make a collage of kids drawings and they make a new headboard.moreless
