In Cambridgeshire. In #25, we have Maggie and Theo and their sitting room. Maggie is very keen on DIY. Her biggest project has been converting her loft. Theo is 16 and can juggle with fire. In #21, we have Sarah and Becca. Sarah has known Maggie for nearly three years. Together they have setup a DIY society to share tools and knowledge. Linda Barker breaks out the bright yellow for Maggie's sitting room. She also has very nice lush fabrics. They stencil a border at the top of the walls. They add a slighter darker color to the top of the stencils. They make a fireplace screen with aluminum wire and MDF. Anna Ryder Richardson will be assisting in Sarah's sitting room. Sarah feels very strong about Feng Shui, so they don't want to mess the balance up. The color chosen is a sea/sky blue. They do a thin bit of plaster around the window for a villa look. They paint a throw with "angel words" with metallic gold fabric paint. They put a nice wood shutter on the windows to add to the villa effect.moreless
