Jade: What's your name?
Bob: Bob Sorenson.
Jade: Sounds nice. Has a certain ring to it. Take your shirt off.
Bob: Take my shirt off?
Jade: Yeah. I want to see the merchandise. (Bob takes his shirt off and Kris checks him out)
Jade: What instruments do you play?
Bob: Cello and a little piano.
Jade: Is the rest of you that good?
Bob: Well, I haven't had any complaints.
Jade: How does $500 a week sound?
Bob: Well, I don't know. This buddy of mine used to own this place. Mike Durano. And I wouldn't want him to see me here working as a bouncer.
Jade: I'll tell you in the first place, Mike Durano is out. He said he was going into a legitimate business. In the second place, I'm not seeing you as a bouncer. Nobody's going to touch you honey. You're a work of art.
Toni: First thing in the morning, check out the stable where Durano's daughter used to take riding lessons. Matt see what you can find out about the Rochelle Modeling Agency he used as a front. And Bob, check out the striptease joint Durano use to own a piece of.
(Regarding Bob, Matt and Cotton)
Kris: Well, I don't know about you two but I feel like were on a triple blind date with Captain America, James Bond and the Lone Ranger. Tiffany: And I think we're a little beyond the chaperon stage, don't you?
Toni: Now Bob is a former U.S. Olympic champion and Matt is master of disguises and Cotton is a champion rodeo rider, roper and tracker.
Tiffany: Psst, you don't think this some kind of dating service, do you?
Kris: Oh, Come on. Charlie wouldn't do that.
Tiffany: How do you know?
(To Kelly, Kris and Tiffany)
Charlie: I have a nasty feeling someone wanted all of you out of the picture. Do you remember the near miss accident the three of you had last week?

Kris: All we need now is a cask of Amontillado.
Kelly: I never would have guessed you were an Edgar Allan Poe fan.
Tiffany: And a wine grower, too. My, my, how the criminal element is coming up in the world these days.
This is a clear reference to the Edgar Allan Poe short story The Cask of Amontillado, in which the narrator, Montresor, seeks revenge on Fortunato. Montresor leads a Fortunato through a series of chambers beneath his palazzo with the promise of a taste of Amontillado, a wine that Montresor has just purchased. As they venture further into the chambers, Montresor gives Fortunado more and more wine to drink. When they reach the last underground chamber, Montresor chains Fortunato to the wall, builds a new wall to seal him in, and leaves him to die, very much in the same vain as Mr. Durano had planned to do to the Angels.
