Do you mean magical beings that were neutral?

    The Seer was evil.

Billie and Christy were just psycho.

But the angel of death was neutral, his job was to take the souls of his list in order so that the balance of the cosmos or something would stay in balance.

Kira wasn't as evil as the S4 Seer.

I'll edit angel of destiny to angel of death.

But the original poster didn't be specific about which seer it was, so I jumped to conclusions and thought it was the seer from season 4.

the purpose of these characters were to create drama and show that not everything is black and white... Evil beings like Cole were made to be allies becaue there would always be that threat of them turning, which has happened... Characters like Billie who turned out to turn there backs on the sisters were used to create surprise drama and irony

I would've assumed the same thing. I was just stating that there was more than one seer(which you obviously know) because the original poster only mentioned one.

I agree. Although the whole drama/irony thing in S8 didn't work out so well.

oh no the drama work. it actually did. But there was absolutely no irony. At all.

I didn't think the drama thing worked. The scripts were poorly written. Billie suddenly turning evil just wasn't convincing enough. They should've made her find Christy earlier and then shown her slowly slipping into evil to help the person she loved. It worked with others(Cole, Phoebe in S4). That would've been much more dramatic.

well maybe that part. But i think the whole fighting thing was well presented ...in most cases. You cld actually sense the tension the hatred on both sides. And thanks to Cameron and Jung and Restless, you got to see some in betweens where the characters were being indecisive.
