WHY WATCH ANY NEW SHOW ON NBC? IT'LL JUST GET CANCELLED ANYWAY
If what you were saying is true, The Tonight Show would be gone, Chuck would be gone, 30 Rock would be gone, The Office would be gone, Community would be gone, and some more shows would be gone. I like certain shows, but just because I like them doesn't mean other people do. I did like Heroes even last year, and I would gladly watch that over CSI blah blah, but I still watch 2 of the CSI's anyway, but the ratings for the show have been going down, down, and down.
To me, I was expecting that show to become more like X-Men but the characters never really got together to become a powerful Superhero type of team, and Sylar was getting toostale for me ashim always being the bad guy, but last year there was this other bad guy, but yet they still had Sylar.
I have to agree unfortunately. I'm anticpating this one more than any other this upcoming season. The cast is excellent and the premise sounds fun and exciting. This one has so much potential and I hope NBC gives it a real chance. I will be so angry to finally get another series with Cole Hauser just to have it axed before the end of the season againor after 1. Maybe somebody will get with the program after the whole Leno bomb from last season.
Plus it seems like a 'rip-off' of In Plain Sight (on usa network). Or at least trying to use it cause IPS is awsome.

EXACTLY.
Really hope that dosent happen ;o( particularly with The Event...
Can't see this show lasting a whole season, we've seen it all before. The 2 lead characters are unimpressive, if anything I would like to see Amaury Nolasco and Jesse Metcalfe take the lead.
I love this show and hope that it doesn't get canceled.
The show is getting better with every episode although still I would like for the Nolasco role to take the lead. Hey T-Bag/Samuel is back, as good as always.
i can agree that this show is getting better and better for every episode, but is show good enough to get renewed for a 2:nd season, or will it get canceled. i would say its 50/50 chance it will go either way.
I agree with mfix. Trauma was a good show last year that needed time to develop, but it got canceled before the rest of the shows aired. This is a theme across all the networks. Networks put some shows against tough odds by placing them in the time slots they are in and are surprised when the ratings aren't there. Ratings are going down though because there are alternative means of watching shows and how Nielson ratings are just guesstimates. I think Chase is an interesting show that I'll continue to watch, but there is minimal character development. It's a straight, here's the bad guy, go getem, show.
NBC is so desperate to keep shows that they renewed pretty much everything. And since Chase is one of their best new shows it might make it to season 2. They should move it so it's not up against hawaii five-0 and it might do better in the ratings.
