In this episode, Frasier states that he loves tassels but in the Frasier episode, "My Coffee With Niles," he claims that he hates them.
Sam: Woody, I'm about to do a decent thing here. Woody: Get out.
Sam: This is getting insulting. You know I don't think she respects us. Woody: What do you mean "us", Sam? You're the one who goofed up that champagne thing. Sam: Come on, man. We're a team. Woody: Is that the insulting part?
Rebecca: Isn't it amazing how Carla's labor pains always seem to coincide with Celtic home games?
Rebecca: Fire!!! Fire!!! (Everybody runs towards the exit, with their squeeky shoes.) Collier: What fire? Wait, hold it. Now hold it. There is no fire! Sam: She didn't say fire, she said flier Rebecca: Yeah, I thought I saw Amelia Earhart up there.
This episode was filmed on November 18, 1987.
We learn that Rebecca's current position as bar manager is a step down in her career. She originally joined the corporation as a junior executive.
The company that Sam sold the bar to is called Lillian.
John Ratzenberger directed this episode. It is the first of four episodes directed by him. Out of all the cast members John Ratzenberger and George Wendt are the only one's to direct on the show. Kelsey Grammer would later start to direct on his spin-off 'Frasier'.
