  • Trivia

    • First, Sam gets some rare black cardamom spice to put in the Bloody Mary. We find out that Woody has an allergy to it. Then, Rebecca gets a Bloody Mary sample from Gary's. Woody drinks some and has an allergic reaction to it thus indicating that Gary's Bloody Mary contains black cardamom. Why doesn't Woody have an allergic reaction when he is disguised as the judge later in the episode and has to taste and judge Gary's drink?

  • Quotes

    • Carla: Woody, you don't know what you're getting yourself into. I mean, those guys at Gary's are vicious. They could strip you naked, paint you red, and put you on a subway.
      Woody: They wouldn't do that.
Carla: They did it to me. But I got the best of them.
      Norm: How's that?
      Carla: (chortling) I loved it.

    • Norm: Hey doc, what's going on?
Frasier: Well for one thing I find myself a bachelor again.
Carla: Lilith finally blow her brains out?
Frasier: No, but thank you for asking after her, Carla.

    • Gary: Cheers: where good times go to die.

    • (talking about Gary's Bloody Mary Mix)
Rebecca: It's almost worth cramming myself into this dress.
Norm: I'd dress up as a hooker to get some of this stuff.

    • Rebecca: Sam, guess what I've got under my coat.
Sam: If I can guess right, can I keep them?

    • Woody: Hey Mr. Peterson there's a cold one waitin' for ya.
Norm: I know and if she calls I'm not here.

    • Woody: Hey Mr. Peterson there's a cold one waitin' for ya.
Norm: I know and if she calls I'm not here.

    • Woody: If you guys say the word "stupid" one more time, I'm leaving for good.
Sam: Come on Woody, that's stupid.
Woody: That's it, I'm outta here!

    • Gary: Hey look everyone, it's Sister Mary Woody!!

  • Notes

  • Allusions

    • Gary refers to Woody as Li'l Abner. Li'l Abner was a comic strip written and drawn by Al Capp that ran from 1934-1977. The star, Li'l Abner Yokum, was a dumb but good-natured hillbilly, much like Woody.
