In this episode, several members of the gang pick on Cliff, mocking his lack of female companionship, and one even asking if anyone even seen Cliff with a woman (Norm and Sam defend Cliff). The gang seem to forget the previous season's episode Little Sister Don't Cha, when Cliff dated Carla's sister. Their relationship wasn't a secret.
