Ted Danson is also cracking up at the second shout out of "Sinatra" by Al. He tries to hide it while drinking from his coffee cup.
Al Rosen is visibly cracking up at his own joke after the second "Sinatra!"
Sam: It's a sad world we live in when Sam Malone becomes the voice of reason.
Sam: The only battles I've won in life, I've won on my own.
Coach: What's up, Normy? Norm: The corners of my mouth, Coach.
Coach: What's your most troublesome problem, Norm? Norm: Well that's tough to say, Coach. Let's see I'm overweight, unemployed, separated, depressed, starting to drink too much. My problem is I've never been happier.
Coach: How's a beer sound, Norm? Norm: I don't know, Coach. I usually finish them before they get a word in.
Carla: Who is the biggest bigwig of them all? Al: Sinatra! Carla: Even bigger! Coach: Ronald Reagan? Carla: No, no, no! Bigger! Bigger! Al: Sinatra!
Sam: You can't "kinda make love", Norm. Norm: You don't know Vera.
Sam: (reading his and Diane's "fortune") Machine empty. Order more fortunes today.
Sam: (to Diane) You're crackers!
Actually, Coach got tricked into buying the "Joke Napkins" in Season One. The episode was "The Tortelli Tort." Hope this helps.
This is the first time Coach is bamboozled into buying something from a salesman.
This is Al Rosen's first speaking appearance - he was in the background of many previous episodes. Al's single line of dialogue in this episode - "Sinatra!" - earned him the nickname "The Man Who Said 'Sinatra!'" That was how the writers would refer to his character of Al in future scripts.
