      • The book that Sam & Coach are using to learn geography, "The World & It's People", has a mispelling in its title. The "it's" being misused in place of "its", it should have been "its" meaning "belonging to" and not it's meaning "it is".

      • Why does Sam not go to Cliff for help with geopraphy and instead pass him and Norm. I would think Cliff would be the first he goes to?

      • At a certain moment, you can see Coach leaving the bar because he's a bit mad at Sam. Later, when Sam is trying to find someone to study with, the last one he's trying to convince is Diane. During their discussion, you can see Coach waiting to enter at the stairs outside. Off course, you can't see coach entirely, but you can spot a bit of coach's jacket when someone is exiting the bar...

      • Diane: I curse the day I ever walked into this bar. Carla: Then it's unanimous.

      • Diane (about Sam): I spent a year of my life being defiled by Dobie Gillis.

      • Diane (about Sam): He locked his door. Carla: And we're trapped out here with you.

      • Sam: I guess you could call them books. They're somethings I've been meaning to read. Diane: Why don't you open one up so we can all see the little gingerbread house pop out.

      • [Sam needs help to study for the final exam] Sam: Carla, what do you know about geography? Carla: I know what creek you're up.

      • [Diane is surprised at Sam's good grades in the geography class that he and Coach are taking] Coach: I never realized what a brain he is. I study all the time – he sleeps in the classroom. He never takes a note and still he gets the great grades. No wonder he's Miss Purdy's favorite. Diane: MISS Purdy? Coach: Yeah, our beautiful school teacher. Diane: And Sam is her favorite? Coach: Well, uh, I can't say that; but, uh, Sam's the only one I ever saw her kiss. Diane: They KISS? Coach: Yeah. I saw them smoochin' in the parking lot. I was putting up a notice there on the bulletin board. Diane: With probing tongues? Coach: No, Diane, with a thumbtack and my thumb.

      • Diane: Oh, my God. The thing I feared most has happened. Carla: Your Living Bra died of boredom?

      • Diane: If ignorance is bliss, this is Eden.
