    • QUOTES (3)

      • Cliff: Alright, I got it. How 'bout I sob uncontrollably and lose control of my bodily functions.
Norm: Cliff, is that a plan?
Cliff: No, actually it's more of a warning.

      • Sam: (to Lilith) Listen, go get some sleep. I'll betcha in the morning you and Frasier can work things out.
Lilith: It's a good idea, Sam. (starts to leave; pauses) Where am I gonna sleep? I wanted to stay at home and now I've got no place to go.
Carla: I got an attic you can hang upside down in.

      • (Lilith tells Sam she found Rebecca in bed with Frasier; this is news to Sam & the gang)
Sam: We were just over there. We were watching "Three Stooges" tapes with him.
Norm: Maybe she was upstairs the whole time and we didn't know about her.
Cliff: Well, uh, after we left, maybe he, uh, just toddled on upstairs and gave her the old "nyuk, nyuk, nyuk."

    • NOTES (1)

      • This is Bebe Neuwirth's last appearance on the series. Although Frasier and Lilith reconcile at the end of the episode, Lilith is not seen again for the rest of the series, although she is still mentioned regularly by Frasier as though they are still together.

    • ALLUSIONS (1)

      • The title is a variant of "The Cook The Thief His Wife and Her Lover", a 1989 movie that starred Helen Mirren and Michael Gambon.
