Are you referring to new episodes?

I'm not sure likelast week there wasn't, and then there seem to be serval times in season 5 where only 4 episodes are in a week.

This is what I found: Chelsea Lately is presented in a half-hour format, and is broadcast Monday through Friday at 11:00 p.m, although the Friday show is frequently a re-run.

Chelsea only does 4 shows a week. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays. No episodes are broadcasted on Fridays and if there are they are repeats.

A lot of talk shows do that on Friday, where once they've established themselves and the show, they take Fridays off. Conan O'Brien's show is the same way. David Letterman records his Friday's show on Monday or something like that but he has Friday off. Jon Stewart and Stephen Colbert as well. In fact, Craig Ferguson and Jay Leno, I guess IDK I dont watch him, are the only 2 I can think of that work Fridays.
